Pros (+) I constantly travel between Hong Kong and southern China. I often use this hotel when I need to take an early Chinese high speed rail train and I want to skip the border. This is a western friendly hotel. It is comfortable with nice views of Lo Wu and Hong Kong. It has adequate plumbing. Cons (-) I booked via an app and I used a credit card. Staff did not give me an option to pay in local currency but used USD automatically. This would have cost me another 5 USD. This is unacceptable bordering on theft. Everyone gives you an option to choose currency. Fortunately, I screamed bloody murder and paid in cash.

Cons (-) I booked Best Western Felicity Hotel for two nights, July 25-27. I arrived ataround 2:00 am at the hotel and they gave me a smocking room when I asked for a on smocking room. It smelled so bad that I couldn't bear it and I asked to be moved to a non smocking room. The room that they offered me had a smell of mold. Pros (+) They have English speaking staff, the room wad excellent i upgraded to a suit Room for only 100rmb. It looks and feels like a luxury hotel.
Cons (-) There internet connection sucks really sucks. Is like they have one connection to a million people. Frustrating slow.
