Pros: Quiet & Quaint hotel, great value. Free breakfast and wonderful views of the golf course and mountains.

Cons: Nothing, everything is good and cosy. Excellente and warm reception...

Cons: Peacefu and lovelyl environment. Amiable abience good for business

Pros: The hotel staff was excellent with communication and accommodating my needs. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well stocked with necessary items.

Cons: The hotel is a bit secluded and not within walking distance of anywhere, really.

Pros: The Sheratons transportation service is highly over priced use local cabs . They charge almost double the normal rate for shuttle service

Cons: The shuttle service is highly over priced and they don't know where they are going

Pros: I have enjoyed staying there for the last 3 years and will continue staying there I enjoy the Casino and the staff there

Cons: I don't have anything to say that I didn't enjoy

Cons: We've stayed here before and things were better then. This time we reserved a crib ahead of time, and when we arrived we were told that the crib is on its way. 30 minutes passed and still no crib and no word from anyone. I called reception again and they said that the crib was not coming anymore since they didn't have one for us anymore. They didn't offer any solutions, just said no crib. I asked if there is a small bed they could wheel into our room and finally they agreed. Also there were a few blood stains on our bedsheets. Gross. I told all of this to reception when we checked out but they showed no concern.

Cons: Food server coughed at the omelet station. Although they made a huge improvement in the oatmeal after my instructions, they can go a little further still.

Cons: Beautiful and relax atmosphere. Smell good and clean. But... Peephole on door was backward!?, the room had a glasdoor that doesn't look very secure so we moved a commode to make it impossible to open without effort. Woke up because a party or at least a karaoke till 1:00 a.m. Hard to sleep again. Breakfast was good and the cookers were kind and affable.

Cons: The air conditioning never worked. And the room service doesn’t work late hours

Pros: Everything was perfect. The room, the restaurant and service.

Pros: Maria at reception was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff left the room perfect.

Pros: Housekeeper Lina was a superstar...my wife stayed behind getting ready for a huge graduation cermony of our daugther and needed a few items to help with our daughters dress and outfit....Lina not only got them, but also made our room so quaint and adorable! We will be back...thanks Lina!

Cons: Lighting is poor for a Marriott...we understand saving on energy....but please add one bright light for makeup, shaving, in the bathroom....plus one for reading...I could not read at night nor could i even read the rooms ervice menu!

Pros: The kindness of their staff is something remarkable of Hilton Doble Tree Cariari and it’s really near from the airport.

Cons: They didn’t have any bottle of water at the room, as courtesy or even payed. They neither had frigo bar at the room.

Pros: The reception pool area is awesome, friendly staff, nice shower and room decor

Cons: Room was pretty small for 2 people

Cons: No rice and beans on the breakfast buffett!!!!!! (Costa Rican Staple) seems as a converted property to use as a hotel. The rooms and grounds were set up strangely and there were many stairs to travel from location to location on grounds. If driving your own vehicle, this hotel is very hard to find.

Pros: Good Dinner, free breakfast bar, convenient to airport, for 1 or 2 night stay. Nice courtyard/pool area. Free WiFi. Great for the price.

Pros: The hotel is interesting. The rooms are also setup strangely but comfortable. Good breakfast

Cons: This place was sooooooo hard to find. We drove past it a couple of times. It doesn't look like a "normal" Country Inn and Suites. We didn't have the luxury of a picture before we tried to find it. There was NO sign!! They claimed it was down getting repaired. The front lobby looks like an office building. Please get that sign up!!
