Hotels near Fortuna airport

Pros: The cabin was awesome.

Cons: More air conditioning needed.

Pros: I would definitely stay here again! Minutes from town and minutes from la Fortuna waterfall. The staff was amazing and so helpful! Needless to say we rented the villa and it was amazing!!

Pros: The staff was very welcoming, pleasant and friendly. The room was very comfortable, air conditioning worked beautifully and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. Great variety of food, fresh and natural juices. Local tastes. We arrived late for breakfast as they were closes down and one of the cooks was nice enough to come over and ask us if we wanted fresh eggs and she prepared them for us. We had 2 rooms with 2 double/queen beds. We would stay again!

Cons: I really can't say anything bad. The only thing that was a little different was we didn't have hand towels for the shower. But I understand that I am just use to using hand towels in the shower being from the US and many other countries may not use them. This is more of a personal preference, than anything, and I personally would not hold it against the property. Sometimes it's nice to break away from the norm. :)

Pros: Awesome place to stay with great views! The place is very new and super clean and comfortable. The staff and owner were very friendly and helpful. It is also a great location right in town.

Cons: So dirty. Our clothes smelled disgusting for the rest of the trip after staying here. The rooms could also use soap dispensers and better ventilation.

Pros: the staff was very helpful the rooms were clean And the atmosphere is delightful The other travelers were friendly I very much enjoyed my stay in Arenal Hostel Resort I have already recommended it to others! Happy new year

Cons: the construction started too early and woke me up! The artificial smell of the cleaning solutions used are hormone disrupters and it would be a good idea to use "green" cleaners to protect the staff as well as the clients

Pros: Landscaping. Have partnered with an organic farm that is a short walk away...for breakfast...for $8 USD It was wonderful...however they are building a structure onsite now that will allow them to provide breakfast

Cons: Only cold water in shower. No clothes hangers. Was a room for 4 with 1 hook for towels. No facecloths. No toilet paper holder ... only place for it was on sink where it got wet. No screens on windows...opened 1 window and within minutes big beetles were flying in...forced to use A/C. We asked for tourist info on where best to see frogs & butterflies and got sent to a got springs lodge that they obviously have some agreement with...lode has 0 frogs & 4 types of butterflies in its garden...the cost was a ripoff. No chairs in room...forced to sit on bed...so bad for a back.
