Pros (+) The hotel has a new building which was about a block away from the main lobby, everything was brand new and super clean. Small rooms but this is typical for most hotels for the price you pay.
Cons (-) At time of check out, the front desk presented us a signed invoice confirming we had ordered a bottle of water which was not the case. Mistakes do happen, perhaps the person who ordered it might have put the wrong room number (which was ours). We informes the guy that we did not order water and the signature was not ours and his reaction was filled with suspicion. Yes, it is just a bottle of water...
