Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, especially for pilgrims on the Camino, and its beautiful, historic atmosphere. Many found the building charming and appreciated the unique character and views. However, several reviews mentioned that the hotel is outdated, with issues such as noise, old furniture, and a need for renovation. Service was mixed, with some guests finding staff friendly and others reporting unwelcoming attitudes. Value for price was a common concern, with complaints about high costs and breakfast quality.
