Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's central location, especially its proximity to nightlife, shopping, and the beach. The staff received many compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, making check-in and the overall experience pleasant for most. While some appreciated the cleanliness and basic comfort of the rooms, others noted that the property and amenities were dated, with several complaints about the lack of a pool, outdated facilities, and extra charges for amenities like the gym and sauna. Breakfast was generally well received. Overall, guests enjoyed the location and service, but felt the hotel could benefit from renovations and clearer amenity descriptions.AI-generated from customer reviews
