Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, spacious rooms, and comfortable beds, often highlighting the impressive city views from both rooms and the rooftop pool. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, especially at reception. However, several reviews noted that the hotel feels outdated for its five-star rating, with some issues regarding cleanliness, inconsistent service, and maintenance, particularly in the pool and spa areas. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some enjoying the variety and others finding it average or overpriced. Overall, the hotel offers good value for its location and comfort, but could improve on service consistency and amenities upkeep.
