Great location, friendly staff, clean room.
It was convenient
No window, very hot. Squeaky fan in bathroom. Knees touched wall when on toilet. I'm 5 foot 5 inches. No hot water on second day. Uncomfortable beds. Had twin instead of double
The location is very convenient and the rooms are sound proof and quite clean.
The pillows are not comfortable and the shower is not very pleasant. Also, when i went there the pool was closed which they should have mentioned clearly in the summary of the hotel information.
The staff was really nice, helpful. And the bathroom was ok, well-kept. I was there on business, and I appreciated the proximity to the convention centre (it's right in front of it).
My rating comes from the fact that this apartment unit was advertised in booking.com and maybe could be a bit more explicit that this is NOT a hotel, but more for people looking to say much longer. More importantly, the hallways were in dire need of refurbishing/cleaning, and the rooms resembled low-income apartments. You also have to pay extra for linen service, something that for a hotel wouldn't ever even be a consideration. I wouldn't have minded not having the service but my sheets had lots of other peoples' hair on them, which naturally erodes your confidence that the staff really pay attention to the cleanliness of the overall apartment. The front door is also rather kludgy to enter into, only accessible by code on a touchy keypad that I saw a lot of people get wrong/give up on when trying to enter.
The location was quite ok and the public transport connections were quite easy to reasch (bus/tram stations were near).
The towels have not been changed during the time of my stay there. The breackfast was poor- eggs and cheese only and croissants. + coffee/tea/juice
