The look and feel of the lobby and rooms. Facilities available on site, large TV in the room.
The noise from the pub downstairs carried up the floors as did the people coming up from the pub in the early hours. The single pillow was too flimsy and the bath sheet a bit too well worn.
spacious comfortable room
some of the cooked breakfast items were cold
The location was good and the room was very quite with no traffic noise which ensured we had a good nights sleep
The mouldy bag of banana skins left in a carrer bag on the shelf with the spare pillows.....!! General couldn't care less attitude of staff, hearing the manager tell off waiting staff in front of guests at breakfast.....list continues
