Pros: The staff is extremely friendly and always try to upgrade me and my girlfriend when we stay a night. The lobby is very cozy and has lots of games and reading material, plus free drinks and snacks. The rooms are extremely trendy and modern, but also comfortable. When visitors come to Tel Aviv this is the first place I send them to stay!
Pros: Concierge service was nonpareil! During our week, they provided maps, guided tours, taxis, restaurant reservations -- and even patched up a member of our party who needed first-aid after a minor fall! The cappucino machine was available at all hours (with juice and pastries for breakfast), and an afternoon glass of Lambrusco in the comfortable lobby was most welcome.
Cons: No complaints at all! Highly recommended on every score!

She also provided the same diligent service to other guests Both the day manager (a younger man whose name I forget) and evening manager were exceptional. All the people who work there were helpful and friendly. The Hotel also had unique glass artwork which gave the place character. I would highly recommend anybody to stay at this Best Western.

Pros: Great staff. Super nice people. The hotel itself...meh..definitely definitely not five star, perhaps not even four. Tiny room and bed so small I could barely fit. Noise from hallway came into room. I'd say it's a good four star.
Cons: The bed was tiny, barely fit one person.

Pros: Staff was very helpful and easy to talk to. Ordered me a taxi to the airport at 2am. 24 hour front desk service is great.

Pros: The hotel is brand new, location is amazing, front desk staff is friendly.
Our room was spacious and had a very nice view both of the city and the sea.
Food was really good but when it gets busy in the morning you have to wait for your coffee for good 15 minutes as you can only order it from the waiters.
Cons: We spent a night before our wedding in the hotel and needed to have express dry cleaning, we were told that it would be ready next day at 2pm but when we came to give the clothes we were told that it won't be ready until 4 which is too late as we had to leave the hotel around 3 already.
We have asked for iron as well and the one given did not work and ironing board was broken. We were offered to have our clothes ironed and we had to pay for it, even though we would expect to have it as a complimentary service as the provided facilities did not work and we were misinformed regarding dry cleaning service as well.
Not so many guests usually need these kind of things when they stay in the hotel but the problems we faced using this services were quite an issue in our situation

I especially love the suites. Every time I stay I wish that I had a place like that of my own right where the hotel is located. The hotel has delicious breakfast (for about $20) and a small gym. The other thing I like about hotel is that it has on site lundry machine and dryer. I wish there was more than one machine of each, but it's certainly better than nothing, especially if you stay for a while.
Pros: My favorite location - right by the beach in TEl Aviv in my favorite area of the beach. The hotel seems to go above and beyond others in providing a little extra. I wish the hotel had bigger parking but paid parking is just about a block away.
Sea Executive Suites is just steps from the beach and its lively promenade. Guests can drive 7 minutes to the bustling bars and restaurants of Tel Aviv Port, while the ancient city of Old Jaffa, with its market stalls and winding alleyways, is 30 minutes away by car.
Pros: This was a very nice, very clean hotel. The staff was extremely accommodating. We had just arrived in Israel and it was quiet enough to sleep at odd hours. Restaurants were within walking distance and the hotel offered a very nice breakfast.
Cons: the view from our room was simply the brick of other buildings. Could not see the Mediterranean at all.

Pros: The hotel was pretty nice for an extended stay. It's walking distance from the beach.
The Room was rather large, comfortable and clean. I really liked that every room as a nespresso coffee machine (much better than the drip coffee machine you get in the US).
Cons: The service in the hotel was really average. It takes forever to order a coffee or a juice in the morning at breakfast, the staff pretty much ignores you.
The showers in the bedroom have an issue. Their design makes it really hard to not flood the bathroom every time you take a shower

Cons: Front desk staff were indifferent to my concerns. Outside of front desk, the staff was great! Did not like that the drinks were billed in US dollars instead of Shekels.
Pros: Great location with good views and close to beach. Short walk to Joppa and other market areas. Good for business and tourists.
