Location was good to Naples and Everglades; desk clerk was friendly; room was clean and quiet. For the price the room was humble - ex: small in size, older furnishings - the type of motel for which we would pay here locally 1/3 of the cost.
This quaint little place is awesome! Stayed for over a week, so close to the beach, downtown, walk to restaurants,Starbucks across the street, clean pool, king bed was soooo comfortable, i had fridge and microwave oven, they have kitchenettes too just perfect for what I needed, owners and staff very nice! Will book here again fist chance I get!!
I fell in love with the landscaping and design of the motel. There is a large variety of trees and shrubs throughout the site and around the pool that provide a refreshingly natural atmosphere as opposed to the rigid, staid and hermetically sealed landscaping efforts found a the chain motels. The bathroom was immaculate and cared for. The Air conditioner was all that one could ask for and quiet. The staff and the owner were personable and helpful when it came time for us to choose activities and places to go. I would recommend the hotel to anyone and make it my first choice if in the area. Because Conty's is on the Tamiami Highway where it is Three or Four lanes in either direction, divided by a landscaped medain, it can be easy to miss if you are tooling along in the North bound traffic.
Staff was very helpful and serviceminded. The room was nice and clean with plenty of space. The pool and the pool area was very dirty and disorganized.
I've spent a nice night in this motel. Cheap, clean and that's all you need from a motel where you plan to stay just for sleep. Even if quite far from the downtown, it could be reached quickly by car (max 10 min). Nice place
It was a clean, accessible motel. Service was good and it has a good price. Soaps in bathroom a little small.
There was a small kitchenette. The hotel is very rundown and grungy. After entering for the room, I was genuinely concerned for my safety. Multiple dents on the back on the door and holes in the wall. Was not clean at all. This hotel was booked for a business trip on my employers company card and after staying one night, the owner decided to kick me out because my name was not on the card. ITS A COMPANY CARD! And would not allow written authorization from my employer to stay. Honestly, being kicked out was a god send. The hotel charged near $200 per night because it was season and it was worth no more than $20 a night. Almost everything local was booked for the time frame we needed in the area to finish a job so this was our only choice at the time. If I had to do it again, I would sleep in the work truck!
Everything... It was so bad I didn't even stay.
It was inexpensive and the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The rooms seems clean and they provided new towels daily and promptly. There was not an outlet in the bathroom and the room in general was short on outlets. Also there was no coffee maker or blow dryer.
