Hotel Entrance - looks realy nice
Enjoyable stay, close to the metro station and to the city center.
good value, clean, and convenient, 5 min. walk from the Fujimi subway station. not really, it is a good one.
Nice hotel. Good value. Spacious rooms for Japan and a location that's very central. Highly recommended.
Staff friendliness and assistance.
We booked this hotel with almost no research due to a change in travel plans. We were completely satisfied with the stay and would recommend it. The room was very comfortable - one of the biggest we had during our 3 week trip in Japan. We didn't have much contact with any staff members but the ones we did talk with were very pleasant. The location is excellent for transportation, shopping and entertainment. The hotel is accessible by subway but we sure you know which exit to use from the Sakae station as it is huge! A taxi from the station was 1600 in a rainy rush hour and it was the best money we spent in Nagoya! We did make our way back to the station by subway once we had our bearings. We purchased the breakfast one of the mornings we were there. The breakfast room is in the basement and is a little dark for my taste. The buffet was a mostly Japanese affair but there are some western choices (bread, eggs, little boxes of cereal) for those wanting a change from the rice/miso/fish breakfast.
The personnel were very helpful and also went out of their way to make everything right. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the junior suites are quite large by Japanese hotel standards, and well appointed. Efficient A/C with room controls is welcomed in the Japanese humid summers, and included breakfast is varied and high quality along with the serving staff. I ONLY have two slight negatives. One is that the location isn't ideal for those using public transport. If one is hauling a couple suitcases, it's probably too far from the main train station to walk, and riding the subway one stop goes a bit too far and requires a few blocks walk back--the closest exit from the closest subway station is the farthest from the platform and requires climbing the stairs. The second slight negative is the price, it's a little high but then if you appreciate the service, cleanliness and size of the rooms, it's not bad.
Free shuttle service from train station to hotel Error in reservation rate
Located near the railway station (important in Japan), staff understands english well, check-in/out went fast and smoothly, quiet at night, nice facilities like japanese bath in the hotel. You get the hotel mascott in plastic to put on your bag. The lobby is on the second floor and you need to bring your luggage up there (there probably is an elevator somewhere but not visible or indicated outside. The room was very small and had a window that looked on a wall (I ordered the room only 2 days before the stay). It^s ok for 1 night or business travel, but I wouldnt want such a room for multiple nights on a vacation trip.
The staff was very friendly and could speak a little bit English (enough to communicate). Good location, just 15 minutes on foot to Nagoya station, shuttle to the station. This hotel is good for business (a little bit expensive) but if you plan a family trip... don't take a room here. Our room was very small (you don't even have space to open your suitcase) and it didn't have sunlight (just a tiny window close to the wall of the next building). We couldn't try the spa because all of us were women and we stayed there during the week (the spa is just open for women on the weekend and just for some hours!!!). It's perfectly matched with the needs of a Japanese busniness man (you can get Noodles for free betwen 9-10pm) but I wouldn't recommand it for holidays.
small but comfortable, pleasant staff, the shuttle to the station and return was worthwhile and helpful alokl
The price was very good, and the staff were very friendly. They didn`t speak much English but that was okay. No, everything was fine.
The kitchen provides ramen as free supper.
