Pros: From when we checked in to when we left two days later, our experience at the Four Seasons in Mexico City was a very pleasant one. The staff is professional and speaks very good English. The restaurant served very good food in a nice space (indoor and outdoor). We are looking forward to going back!

Pros: Once inside the room, the room was extremely clean and comfortable. You can feel safety with the service provided.
Cons: The check in computer system was always not working properly and even with the clercs were working hard there always was a long row of people waiting to be checked in. You would be lucky if you could check-in in less than 40 minutes. But there were a number of people claiming Someone else was already staying in the room you finally got. There was a day when more than ten people were overbooked and claiming for hours. The electric key was broken, sometimes it worked, but gets broken again, and usually you have to wait about 7-8 minutes for someone to come and open your room.

Cons: The service from check-in was horrible. The staff were pretentious and not helpful. They were not friendly and had an attitude of getting the job done at the very least effort. If asked to do something mundane, like giving you change for a bill, it was obvious they were irritated. We had issues with the ATM, which ended up eating up our ATM card and the staff said they were not responsible and didn’t offer any help; not even to call the bank in charge of the ATM. The elevators were really slow and the check in line was really long.

Cons: Internet is not working great. Being on a business trip I need it to work all the time. From time to time the connection is interrupted followed by the periods where I could not connect at all. While the staff acknowledged the problem it should not happen that often in the first place (and it happened both times when I stayed in the hotel. The 2nd time was working much better than the first time)

Called at 10:30pm. Called again at 11:30 pm. Called again at midnight. Received one bottle of water at 12:30am!! No minibar, although some food for purchase showed up on my third day. No minifridge. Safe did not work. Note regarding to help yourself to one free coffee packet - but no packets were ever there. Very loud - people at night and construction during the day Very expensive for very mediocre room Front desk people were unknowledgeable about the hotel NO SPA or gym or anything - which is why I even stayed there. There was no information in room about anything the hotel offered. Super-slow elevators....that is a very LONG wait many times Very lame "lobby bar" Dark/dingy restaurant I would have left after the first night, but I had prepaid.

Pros: Not very convenient to some parts of Mexico City a tourist/business traveler might like (such as Polanco, Lomas, etc. ) but very close to Alameda, Bellas Artes, and because it is on the Reforma Avenue a good launch pad.
Cons: This property is badly in need of an update. The plumbing is messed up -- our bathtub (but not sink or shower) ran brown water, I guess from the rust. The mattresses were quite old. TV was not flatscreen.

Pros: I found the value for this hotel to be amazing. There were several restaurants to choose from in the lobby plus the bar stayed open past 2am. I thought the segregated spa was a bit odd, but my wife and I were able to get an excellent 90-minute couples massage. The hotel is close to the main park where there are plenty of attractions. The staff was always able to accommodate me and they were super friendly. Even though I speak Spanish, I didn't need to as the staff was very fluent in English. I would stay here again.
Cons: I didn't like that the spa was segregated. I would like to have spent some time in the Jacuzzi with my wife, but that is not the case with the spa facility.

Pros: The hotel has lots of restaurants, and coffee place (token) very good area in Polanco, with shops and bars nearby.... uber drivers and cabs are pretty much a whistle away from the bell hop! Staff is super nice and were fast at fixing shower head! All of Sky Sports England and Italia were in the hotel along with ex F1 driver!
Cons: The prices in the Polanco area including the hotel is over priced! Once ate 3 tacos for 250 mex pesos!!!!! If you don't have patience, just don't go, because traffic is not even describable! Take into account minimum 1hour and a half in case to go places from the hotel! For F1 weekend take 3 hours for traffic!!!!

They will suggest you take a taxi without blink in the eye. Also, there are no windows!!! There are two glasses, one leads to the (dark) corridor and another goes to adjacent room. The toilet smells like stale water because there is no ventilation in there. Lights are very dim as well. It's like cimmerian age. It's very dark in the room with all lights on.

Cons: The price gouging was annoying. My night was first listed at $100, but I had to wait a few days to be sure. It was then $170. For kicks, I looked again the day before . . . and it was up to $250. WRONG! It's comparable to the Camino Real at the other terminal, but way pricier. They have the right idea, but are ethically challenged . . . making them a necessary evil. I'd stay there again if I HAVE to because of schedule, but I'd work pretty hard to use one of the other airport hotels first.

Pros: Lovely hotel.. Enjoyed the decor, furnishing, amneties, a very comfortable bed, the in terminal convenience and the divine ambience! Wifi in all rooms, outside, poolside. For those traveling without tablets or laptops, there are 2 PC's provided free of use near the lobby area. The staff are very friendly and serviable. Going beyond the usual offerings. Example: ask for a wake up call, you get 2! One at the exact time you require and another 5 minutes later just to make sure you are awake! Very thoughtful! We were also congratulated for our 25th anniversary with complimentary offerings of lovely extras. They know how to treat you well here! Thank you for making our stay even more special! The buffet breakfast was very good, with popular hot breakfast dishes and tasty mexican dishes, an omelette station, a nice variety of fruit, deli meats & cheese, waffle maker, cold cereal selections, many different juices, regular coffee or esspresso, sparkling wine mimosas. Long breakfast hours which is convenient to early travelers or those that wish to sleep in. We stayed here on our way to vacation and on our way back. We will certainly choose to stay here again when transiting through Mexico City airport. In my opinion, this is the best hotel at MEX and we've tried them all!!

Cons: If you have an early morning flight from terminal 1, remember there is no way to get to terminal 1 from the hotel prior to 5 am. The train from T2 to T1 does not start until 5 am. For a place to sleep overnight, it is overpriced. But they are all overpriced close to the airport. So much so, that when used only as an in-transit airport, I'll try other airports.

Cons: I saw a lot of mold in the pool. My room smelled of mold as well. I totally regret staying at this hotel. I chose this hotel because it was listed at 5 star however I would rate it at 3 star at best.

Pros: We like that the hotel was very close to shopping dining and tourist atractions rooms where modern up to date. We took a tour to teotihuacan piramids the staff help us book that and they pick us up from the hotel
