Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's central location, close to major attractions like Bellas Artes and public transport. However, many express dissatisfaction with the service, citing rude or unhelpful staff and issues with overcharging. Cleanliness is a recurring concern, with several mentions of cockroaches and lack of proper bathroom hygiene. Bed comfort and lack of air conditioning are also noted as negatives. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, service and cleanliness need significant improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
