Pros: The room, the hotel so clean, the staff so helpfull, i dont have to go somewhere else to enjoy because the hotel has alot of fun things to do. Hotel has private beach. Just stay in the hotel with the family that more than fun. Will definitely stay in Inaya Putri Bali again :) very recommended
Cons: The menu for breakfast not that good, everyday the same menu, and sometimes the food not warm but cold. Other than that nothing wrong with the stay :) thank you

Pros: This hotel was so beautiful. Right next to the ocean and very near all of the shopping and restaurants in Seminyak. Staff was very friendly and helpful with any of our needs or questions. The food was very good as well, we dined in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. We also enjoyed having drinks at the pool bar as the sun set. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again!
Cons: Was a little bummed that the beach wasn't very much a "swimming" beach, but that can't be helped. Minor detail!

Pros: We arrived after midnight, and were really tired and wanted to crash on bed immediately. However, up on lifting the comforter, we found multiple stains on the bed, including one blood stain. This was the most disgusting thing I have found in any hotel stay!

Pros: Rooftop was nice, it is just next to the beach, central.
Cons: The toilet has a smell in the room i think because of the pipes, we always stayed close the toilet door, a part of the hotel is still is underconstruction, so it is usual to find yourself in a weird place. stuff smiles always, but for a high standart hotel it is not fair that they try to charge customers as soon as possible as they arrive to the hotel, it should be at the end of the stay, i had a problem with the agency, and the stuff tried to charge me 3times to ensure their payment, the high quality hotels dont care about money, they care about customers. But the stuff just wanted payment as soon as possible in this hotel.

Pros: The hotel was clean and comfortable for the most part. The room had the AC going and was nice and cool when we first stepped in. Security for the hotel were friendly and nice.
Cons: We were only given one keycard so if one of us wanted to leave it was near impossible for the second one to stay. The towel rack in the bathroom broke down the first 30 minutes of getting into the room. When I called the front desk to confirm I wasn't going to be charged for the damage that had nothing to do with me, they refused to admit it wasn't my doing and simply stated they would send someone do to check it out. It took 2 days and me calling and going to the front desk 3 desperate times to finally get someone to come down to take a look at eh damage. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME. Basically, the front desk was completely unhelpful. Also located in a really touristy area. You can't step two seconds outside without having some chase after you to buy their Products/ use their cab service. So annoying.

Pros: The location was good. There was a Starbucks downstairs. The pool was nice.
Cons: First the staff couldn't find my reservation and made me wait and hour in the lobby. then the wifi didn't work the whole trip. The walls were paper thin. The room showed significant wear and tear. The drinks were expensive and watered down. If I could do it again i'd pay a few extra bucks to go somewhere nicer. This hotel is just for australian children looking to party.
