Pros (+) The service was excellent! They picked us up from the airport, which was free of charge and convenient. The driver was very kind and courteous. As soon as you arrive, everyone is so hospitable and kind. They go out of their way to make sure that all of your needs are met. The location is good-very close to the airport, literally less than 10 minutes. There are a few stores within walking distance....
Cons (-) In our room, our only complaint is our glasses had lipstick and coffee stains. They seemed like they should have been washed more thoroughly.
