Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, convenient location near Inverness, and the quality of the breakfast. Several reviews highlighted clean and comfortable rooms, with some mentioning recent upgrades. However, many guests were disappointed by the closure of the restaurant, which was not always communicated in advance, and some felt the property and amenities were dated or in need of maintenance. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, though a few guests noted areas for improvement. Overall, the hotel was seen as a good base for exploring the area, especially for those traveling by car.
