Guests say
Guests frequently highlight the hotel's excellent location near the marina and city center, as well as the friendly and helpful staff, particularly mentioning individuals like Abdou. However, many reviews raise serious concerns about cleanliness, including dirty rooms, poor hygiene, and maintenance issues. Breakfast quality is often criticized for limited variety and poor taste. Some guests also mention problems with the pool's cleanliness and facilities. Overall, while the service and location are appreciated, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and food quality.AI-generated from customer reviews
