Pros (+) The hotel is located in the Lotte City building, which includes a bookstore, cafe, convenience store, and is even connected directly to the subway station. My room wasn't on the side with the nice Sky...
Cons (-) Most everything was pretty great, though one of the guest booklets seemed a bit old and needed replacing perhaps.
