The automated checking in may be cumbersome if you are arriving late or leaving late but there is always a staff to help guest.

The location of this hotel is great. Away from the hustle and bustle and feels like quite an up market area. Really near the JR line. Also very clean and tidy and we loved the robots and dry cleaning cupboard!
The bathroom had a strange smell. Breakfast was ok.

Great business style hotel, the robots at the check in counter are unique and funny but don't expect too much interaction. The room was bigger than average in Tokyo. Perfect location when going to or coming from Haneda airport with monorail.
