Pros (+) For me good location to enjoyable and night markets. Nice little cafe's in the surrounding back streets.
Cons (-) Could be clean in the hotel areas. Pool very average not many facilities to sit out.

Pros (+) The owners/front office staff is extremely kind and accommodating.
Cons (-) The beds--in all of SE Asia to be fair--are kind of terrible. But the sheets are clean!
