Staff extremely friendly and helpful, excellent location right on the beach, no children so made a very relaxing atmosphere.

Great location, quiet because it was an adult only hotel. The grounds were beautiful and view was excellent. We upgraded to a royal suite which included a roof top hot tub, chair, sofa and bed. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Fellow guests were mostly British with some Germans. All staff spoke English, and most German also.

Standard of food Menu, for both breakfast & Dinner, can be described as First Class and contributed in great part to a most pleasant stay.
Room Television Stations available should be more represenative of the Hotels International clientel, I.E. English Speaking programmes unavailable - News Only !

“The hotel is well located! when you arrived at Palma airport, just catch a bus 351 and it will directly bring you at Port Alcuida (200m from the hotel Viva). Hotel is clean and everyone is nice . Specially the woman in charge of sport and leisure (Betty), great tour, great leisure. Beach is 5m in front the hotel. Amazing white sand and crystal water! I am recommending you this hotel for sure.”
“Highly recommend this hotel ! Congratulations to the management and stuff for accommodating the requirements of this unusual situation and making guests feel safe and super comfortable! Special muchas gracias to Victor for being very helpful and all the restaurant' stuff for their excellent work during this period! Overall, cleanest nice and quiet Adults only place. Tasty beach bar' food - every single day, except visits to other towns, I ate grilled octopus (pulpo a la brasa) and crystal bread with tomatos, don't miss it! Amazing view from the balcony - not just the pure sea, but a mix of the part of the port, boats, palm trees and, of course, the sea - take the sea view room! The hotel is close to the port, that brings you close from all needed shops and nice restaurants - try to explore more than the main street with printed fotos-restos, I changed the hotel' paella dinners only for the 'Bodega Des Port restaurant' seafood - that traditional old-style Spanish restaurant with jamon hanging under the roof - excellent food! Some minutes walk the other direction there is an amazing turquoise water - if you are a water-gourmand- but the water in front of the hotel has an unexpected plus, namely, thermal springs - you will see some bubbles coming from the ground inside the sea. For visiting, there are many nice places in this lovely Nordic part of the island, by boat' trip you can go at least to Platja de Formentor.”
