The hotel was just booked solid, way too may people, not social distancing. The elevators could not keep up, long lines. The bed was nice if you like a soft mattress. The hotel is in a very loud area, street performers, loud music, especially facing the front. We had to ask them to vacuum the carpets. Pros (+) Great location
Cons (-) Amenities are pretty weak. Just a small pool. 4 elevators but only 1 or 2 working at any time causes long waits to get between room and lobby. Restaurant is just ok. Bar is a coffee shop

Pros (+) Every member of the staff we interacted with was extremely accommodating and friendly. The location was great - right on the main drag. The price was excellent.
Cons (-) The a/c in the room was weak and so it was very warm overnight. Our room was near the elevators and so kind of loud. The room was not high end, but the bed was comfortable.
