Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location with beautiful mountain views, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and satisfying breakfast. Many appreciated the family-run atmosphere and cozy ambiance. Some negative feedback included misleading location information, lack of air conditioning, occasional insect issues, limited breakfast variety, and minor room or bathroom inconveniences. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making it a highly recommended stay.
