Pros (+) We liked the welcome and all the staff who were friendly and helpful. The room and bed were extremely comfortable, great breakfast and the whole stay was a delight. The hotel is very well placed for getting round Edinburgh. We would highly recommend and would definitely use it again.

Pros (+) A very centrally located hotel with a freindly and helpful staff. The room was of a fair size with all you would expect of a hotel of this standing.
Cons (-) Although the room was finely furnished the room lighting was poor.
