Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests found the hotel's location convenient, especially for sightseeing, and several appreciated the comfortable beds. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with frequent complaints about dirty rooms, bathrooms, and facilities. Service experiences were mixed, with some guests finding staff helpful and friendly, while others reported communication issues or unhelpful attitudes. Overall, the positives centered on location and bed comfort, but cleanliness needs significant improvement.
