Room was clean, and the beds were really comfortable. The pool was closed until May (should have been informed of this prior to booking).. We were in town for a graduation at Fort Moore and the location was perfect! The staff was great! Cons (-) Room covered in mold, hair, various bodily fluids. It was bad. Had to check out and move to a different hotel. Staff promised refund at the time - then refused to issue it when contacted by hotels.com. Currently disputing with Wyndham corporate but lots of red tape because this is an 'independent property under license' e.g. no real standards or responsibility by....anyone.
