Cons:Our room wasn't ready when we arrived and despite walking aroudn town, still had to wait an hour for it to be completed. It was, however, Chinese New Year and very busy. The shower was intermittently warm, which was fine, but the showerhead was mounted just above waist height making it difficult to use comfortably (I'm 5'8", my husband is 6'). The bed was quite firm and not very comfortable, but the rest of the amenities made up for it (A/C, pool, balcony, drinking water)
