Pros: Everything was great ...clean ..indoor pool. Big rooms..Cons: Elevator was broke...then they put me on the 2nd floor
Better than a night at a rest stop, almostPros: Convenient to highway access.Cons: I arrived late (1:30 am) after 12 hours on the road, just needing a place to sleep and shower. The front desk staff was warm and friendly. My room was fairly clean, except for the two large roaches hanging out. After squishing the offenders, I slept well; it was quiet and cool. In the morning, I attempted to shower, only to find that while there was plenty of hot water, the faucet was broken, so the shower couldn't be engaged. After a quick wash up, I was back on the road, making sure I skipped the complimentary breakfast.
Pros: My son and daughter liked having access to the indoor pool. Cons: The toilet would not refill very fast. We had to add water to the fill tank to be able to flush the toilet more than once an hour. Also the room smelled a little funny, Like someone had peed somewhere in the room.
Good value for the moneyPros: Room was very clean, staff was friendly, comfortable bed. Indoor pool looked good.Cons: 2nd floor hallway reeked of smoke. Breakfast was lame
Pros: Room was clean. Friendly staffCons: Nothing
Terrible!Pros: The front desk staff was nice. Cons: There was mold on our sheets, which I'm pretty sure weren't even changed. There was candy wrapper trash all over the place, and the sheets also had multiple burns. The walls were thin and it was super noisy. I didn't even feel comfortable letting my kids touch anything. 0/5 would not return.
Pros: The location was GREAT for our Youth group retreat at Collide (Abba's House)Cons: Did not have elevator access to 2nd floor..and one of our rooms smelled of cigarettes. We also had a problem with our AC in another room.
