Cons: Hotel wouldn’t refund my reservation even though the country is inaccessible to foreign travelers.

Pros: We liked everything about this hotel. Good lighting, good natural light, very nice breakfast with plenty of choices, comfortable bed, great shower, large balcony and very clean. The friendly, knowledgeable staff helped us plan our time there and did everything to make our stay perfect. When corresponding with the hotel before we arrived I always got a quick and friendly reply. We would stay here again.

Cons: It was a fairly long walk to the metro station.

Pros: The staff were fantastic and very accomodating indeed, and my room was really good (especially one's own jacuzzi). Finally, the internet connection is the best I've experienced in South America!

Cons: Only gripe I would have is that Palermo Hollywood can be quite time consuming to get from to town (i.e. the Obelisk) when there's traffic. That said, this is commonplace in any metropolis, and given the cabs are so cheap isn't really too much of an issue. Furthermore, Palermo Hollywood is a very nice area and is a welcomed change from the bussle of central BA.

Pros: This hotel was very comfortable, the bed was clean and comfortable, pillows fresh and comfortable... everything about the room comfort was excellent. Additionally, the sauna on the top floor was quite nice, but they should regularly monitor the jacuzzi, since as it is outdoors and open to the air, there were lots of 'things' floating in the water, which if they would come up once an hour and scoop with a pool net would not be the case. A very easy thing to fix, and then the jacuzzi would be more comforting for the guests. The restaurant was limited in selection, but delicious nonetheless. Their approach to serving only organic foods is wonderful, and breakfast was delicious each day (fresh fruit and veggie juices, breads, fruits...)

Cons: The internet in this hotel is so incredibly slow, it was like using dial up. It was so slow that it caused problems for me. I was a business traveler, and I literally could not do my emails for work in this hotel. Instead, I had to use the extremely expensive data roaming on my iPHone, just to be able to download and send emails, and this cost should not ever have to be incurred by a business traveler staying in a hotel that offers internet. For a brand new hotel, this was an extremely disappointing let down.

Pros: Thought the staff supper friendly and helpful. Thought some of the guests needed training about how to behave. Was pretty amazed what they were asking and how unreasonable and ungrateful they were. The room was lovely and the bed amazingly comfortable.

Cons: I am a fan of Palermo Soho. So I could have been closer but having said that the location was good.

Pros: Walking distance to great restaurants, shopping mall, great parks, very nice walk on avenida del libertador! Close to a lot of freddo ice cream stores! Palermo overall a great neighborhood! Staff very nice and helpful! Maria the cleaning lady was extra nice always with a smile .

Pros: Room is very good. Clean decoration, has a dining table, sofa and great kitchen. Bed is very confortable with a great fluffy cover. Bathroom also is very nice. Free WiFi connection is also great and works very well.

Cons: Breakfast is very poor and served in a small area. It's a relatively small hotel, and you can hear all the noise from your neighbours, plus their door is 2m from yours, which makes it worst.

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. People were very kind and helpful. We would do it again.

Cons: it is in a very nice area but not very close to the subte (underground) station. i didnt have time to check options but you may get better value for money. still for an extra $15 u can book a luxurious sweet!

Pros: Excellent staff - most spoke some English and all were extremely helpful, friendly and polite. Great location, nice area and close to metro. lovely lounge room on 2nd floor with relaxation area and free internet. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Cons: Other guests were sometimes very noisy coming in late at night.

Pros: The highlight of the stay at this hotel was the full breakfast included in the room rate which included delicious pastry, cooked to order eggs, fresh squeezed juices.

Pros: They were attentive and helpful. We arrived early and they held a bag for us for a week while we travelled south and then had the bag in our room for when we returned.
