Claim a 5 star hotel it's a joke. I would not say that is a disaster but price does not worth the old facilities from the 70's. Standard room is not update, old toilets and broken furnisher. Hello? This is not what I would expect on a Sheraton but not even on a 5 star hotel. The area is not the best in the city. I truly recommend you any boutique hotel brand new in Palermo and half price. This probably was one of the best hotels in BA but not any more.
