Pros (+) I am a regular guest at the hotel, largely because the personal service and attention are so good. I also appreciate the lovely suite and the club floor lounge.
Cons (-) Restaurant service is both restaurants is mediocre at best, and the bar is not very well stocked. The health club is showing its age.
