Liked the location on the AC boardwalk. Knew it would be worth the cost Spacious rooms, clean, decor food
I always stay here when I'm in AC. it's close to the beach, has shopping and food options inside for the rainy days, its own movie theater and gym and three night clubs!! That the Night clubs are weekend only. so during the week you have to venture out to party.
We stayed at Havana tower For 4 days with two queen bed, coffee maker, and a small refridge. New and clean room. We only wished there is a bathtub in the bathroom and a microwave oven in room. We wish there is a bathtub in the bathroom.
Terrible room in west tower, bathroom wouldn't lock, toilet didn't work all the time, and you could hear elevators running all night in the room that sounded like a loud roller coaster.
Leaving Smell of room, cheap amenities in room, inadiquit lighting in room
Shower was aweful! Poor water pressure! Beds were lovely!
Location Don't know on who's end it happened but they lost my reservation checking in took way to long. Had to show room key each time to get to elevator so annoying
Variety of activities and events, also plenty of restaurants that are themed around different ethnic groups. When I get to my room, it is handicapped designed. Windows so dirty I can't see out of. Nothing to control the climate of room. Water was scalding hot and no cold at all. The next day I was able to get another room.
Found one in our bed. Confirmed by security. Management gave us the runaround -- had to call three times to get someone with authority up to our room. Disgusting. Poorly handled.
The night club was so much fun!!!
The accommodations was great. They where able to get me the room that I asked for. Everything was absolutely great.
Room was not as clean. Bathroom need major update. Water was freezing cold. No hot water for long time. Got west tower. DO NOT recommend west tower . So crowded waiting for an elevator. Have to show keys all the time.
The room I asked for, I did not get.
One of the best places to stay in AC
Room faced lobby, was bright all night long, tons of noise coming into room, room was not ready when we arrived as offered online for 3pm check in, waste of 200 dollars, didn't sleep all night due to light coming in and noise from lobby traffic, would NEVER stay if here if had a choice elsewhere
The overall hotel experience was fine. kayak experience was not fine. Registration was a mess and the 45 plus minutes I spent on the phone with Kayak was terrble. Kayak and Caesar's did not work well together. The coupons were poorly handled as well.
It was located right in the middle of everything. You can walk to anywhere. The pool was for use by those 21 years old or older only. We had to go to ballys to use the pool. I didnt know that when booking the hotel.
Every thing was goog Every thing was good except the smell of smoking butchers us although our room was non smoking
The view N/a
It's as if a pipe was vibrating between the walls, but it would happen every 15 minutes. Very annoying while trying to sleep.
The room was nice but you need to be at the rite tower. Staff was rood at registration,we booked 2 rooms but they only showed one, also they wanted to give us double beds although we booked one king size bed.
I just came back from Europe that was a month long, this hotel is totally a replication of the hotels in Europe! High quality rooms that are extremely clean! I won't stay anywhere else now!
While AC seems to be running down, this resort seem to be getting better. Unlike may stays in AC at other hotels, with the exception of Revel (closed) and Borgata, most place have become dirty and old, Caesar's room were spotless, nothing seemed old or run down (and I stayed at the old tower). The restaurants in the center lobby was pleasant to have dinner and a drink , connection to the mall was convenient, and the third floor restaurant in the Mall where very impressive and Manhattan like. I would recommend a couples weekend here, even for those who stay out of the Casino, as I did.
I got a great deal on a room in the Centurion Tower (about $125 a night even after the resort fee, which was about $26 a day that they charge you at the end) and wasn't expecting a lot, though the room had a great view and was quite beautiful. Maid service was proficient in keeping it clean for the two days my girlfriend and I stayed there and I was overall very satisfied with the value I got while staying here, despite the bad Yelp reviews. The TV in the mirror (which I think is an item only available in the premium rooms) was broken, and when I called maintenance about it, they said most of those mirror TVs throughout the hotel were broken. It wasn't an essential feature of the room, though it was unfortunate that it didn't work.
The location was convenient. The beds were comfortable. The fitness hours are 10am-6pm. This is useless. The staff was not customer service oriented. It was highly unorganized and not efficient. The restaurants did not not have vegetarian options.
Price, proximity of food, large room, cheap parking Room quality a bit lacking
Nothing The entire boardwalk is deserted. Atlantic City is a mess
Location to the beach was extremely close. Parking was convenient. There was a number of fine food choices in the hotel. Chairman Tower room was very night. The remodeled bathroom did help my overall opinion. Charge for parking. 6pm check-in time/12 checkout. Housekeeping tried to kick us out early. Pool closes at 6pm (check-in), so no pool. Checked in, got to our room, keys didn't work. Frankly, when this hotel was new I'm sure it was amazing. It seems money is not being put into upkeep.
The bed & pillows. Spacious room. Security was present at all times. Its unsanitary condition. Not maintained properly. Room had a bad odor. 2 of the towels were dirty. Toile flush was not working properly. The employees on strike was sad n annoying at the same time. I've stayed here a couple of years ago and it was great. But I will never come back here.
Very big and beautiful room. Very nice and clean and the staff is excellent. Not all the tables in the casino were working. The parking lot is far from the hotel and the way from him to the hotel is not simple.
The decor was beautiful and everyone was friendly The protesters screaming at us anytine we left the building. Would have been nice to know BEFORE booking.
Room was fairly cheap compared to close by casinos and still luxurious and clean. Pay your staff. A fairly good amount of staff were on strike outside the entrances to the casino. Maybe this is why the rooms were cheaper. I think we should have been notified that a loud stike has been in progress for quite a while now. Either way, stop being cheap to your employees.
It was terrible. Everything was closes. Gross place
i like all no like cloes
None Everything service was terrible the room was never cleaned the two nights that I stayed. I had to call front desk to get towel. I will not go back there even if it was free
It was less busy than the other casinos. Roberts steakhouse was amazing. Dealers and casino staff were A+ friendly and helpful. It was over priced for the quality of the rooms. Dated and not top notch anymore. Also smelled like weed alot It was over priced for the quality of the rooms. Union workers were on strike...and they were rude. They struck themselves right out of a job as it was announced it was closing.
I liked the room. I liked the casino. Elevators are nice. Bathrooms too. I liked the ocean view from my room. I don't like the Parkin garage. N checking area is confusing. Not a lot of food options in the casino but not bad.
Restroom is not clean, reservation is not the right amount, noise all night
I liked that we can go outside right to the beach and rides . I liked the security guard checking everyone's room keys before you can get to the elevator. The staff is very polite. The bathroom is very spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable too. Check in is late. We requested an early check in because our daughter needs to nap after going on the beach and before our 6:oo dinner reservation . Also a sign that there is a food court would be good to put in the lobby. Did not realize it was there.
Close to everything we wanted to do Requested rooms together, they said it would be a problem...they did not keep that promise.
Beachfront access, on the boardwalk, good parking, excellent staff. Old, worn-down rooms and bathrooms. Bath instead of shower. More expensive than the one next door (Taj) which is a much nicer room, floor-to-ceiling windows, modern, updated and cheaper.
Beds were ok The bathroom was outdated. Bathroom floor blue tiles and shower curtain were dirty. Carpet floor looked dirty. 2 dusty closets I WAS DISAPPOINTED
We booked 2 rms. for a wknd. party of 8. Had a great stay! The staff were pleasant and helpful everywhere we went. Live music at Margaritaville on Fri. night was awesome with good food and great drinks. The pool and pool bar Sat. afternoon was fun and friendly. There's so much to do in the area- we went parasailing, spent time on the beach and Boardwalk, and went to the beach bars and a couple of nearby casino clubs (we didn't sleep much!) Resorts was a great base for our weekend with plenty of space in the rooms for all of us and plenty of on site options for food, drinks and music.
The room was spacious The entire hotel to include the non smoking floor smells like Cigarettes
Located directly on the boardwalk and beach. Plenty of restaurants within a few mins walking. New bathrooms. Rooms were comfortable and were inexpensive. Ocean views from the room. Would definitely recommend. Really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect getaway for a few days for adults. I would not advise bringing children. Besides the beach and the pier, there isn't much for children to do. The room decor seemed a little dated, but that was the least of my worry. There was a mouse in our room (not that a mouse would hurt anything, we just didn't want it to get into our suitcases and food) and the front desk was more than willing to switch our rooms. Not that I was worried about it, but I figured there may have been a little compensation, but we can't control nature.
Nothing Was screwed out of the King size room in the ocean tower that I chose specifically to be near friends in that tower in a king bed. Was given a queen bed in the Rendevous tower, far from our friends. Our bed was only a queen. For $53 PLUS the $20 in taxes PLUS the $10 resort fee- I feel ripped off. Don't let people book rooms if the hotel doesn't have them available!
Todo estaba nuevo y limpio Las almohadas para dormir estaban muy duras
Location , all activities , No promotions or comps that would make me stay here instead of another hotel
The shower had no water pressure and there was no hot water
The comfort was second to none n cool decor. TV was terrible n nothing to do in that area except the Trop. Was never told in advance about security deposit.
The lobby and rooms were just tired. Bed was comfortable with nice bedding but the decor needs updating. Everything was clean. No coffee maker in the room or free coffe in lobby was disappointing. Seems that is standard in most hotels now. We had almost no hot water both days.
the water pressure absolutely terrible!! how do you expect a person tp take a shower under trickling water?
I love the room it was clean and comfortable
The Chelsea main tower location was clean and the valet staff was nice. The halls and elevator are very dated. The weekend rate was way too expensive for the overall condition of the hotel.
Friendly staff Things were falling off in our room that heater broke while we were in there the door wouldn't open with the key card ever lots of sounds in our room coming from the air vents loud people in the hallways at all hours of the night the smell of marijuana in the hallways somebody was jiggling are knob we had to evacuate not a good stay
Walking distance from boardwalk and casinos. Nice view. Comfy bed. No coffee in room. Toilet paper holder fell off wall. Hallway needed much improvements. No adjustable shower head. Most common areas were closed, for renovation ahead of summer season.
The facility had great access to the beach, a beach bar, and a relaxing roof top pool with bar. Rooms we're a good size. Staff members were not very welcoming. They weren't mean or rude, but didn't seem like they enjoyed their jobs or the guests. Older hotel so not many elevators, but what made it worse was when the service personnel put the elevators on hotels on hold during the busy mid morning. The hotel needs renovated badly. The hallways had stains on the carpet and the walls looked dirty. The rooms had damage to ALL the furniture which is weird because they make you put down $125 security deposit if damage is done. Sooooo if people are beng charged $125 when they cause damage then FIX the damage! Not staying there again. I'll pay a little extra to stay at the Tropicana.
The room smelled like mold and cigarettes and we were on the non smoking side. The room door was not sealed good so the wind in the hallway made it seem like someone was trying to get in, so we had to place a folded piece of cardboard in the crack of the door to stop the noise. The shower head sprayed so wildly I had to shower with my back to the shower head which wet my hair up. Smh! Not a good stay!
My husband and I loved the fact that the entire hotel is non-smoking. We were right next door to the Tropicana which was very convenient. it was nice leaving after our stay and not having to walk to a smoke-filled casino to do so.
Location is great Hotel manager was extremely rude and unaccommodating. Hotel room was old unkept and dirty. For almost $400 a night that hotel room should've been pristine.
Old bathrooms. Dirty hallways.
Absolutely nothing!! Room was disgusting...outdated! Nice hot tubs but had to pay for them. Ridiculous!! Everything...bathroom was gross. Laminate peeling from countertop. Drawers to dresser wouldn't close. DIRTY! ! FLOOR WAS GROSS! VIEW SUCKED! Couldn't check in computers down. .. 2 hours later we went back got this terrible room...demanded a refund and left. 1st day of vacation ruined!
I like nothing in this hotel dirty room and bed sheets, blankets had blood on it I checked out that hotel right after 30min check in because don't like the room and has blood on the blanket, and when I talked to the front desk person she said they didn't have any other room available and they charged me 1 night stay even I checked out after 30min
Location Old and dirty
Lights off by elevator.
The bedding was phenomenal!!!! Price great and location right next door to tropicana and 3 seconds off the boardwalk. Walking distance to 7/11 and dunkin donuts which was great to have at 5 am hunger strike.
Location, clean, hip, Hot water was tough to adjust in shower
The only thing positive about the room was the bed. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room was gross. There were knuckle punch mark in the wall as soon as I walked in. the paint job was sloppy. The furniture out dated and marked up. bathroom counter top falling apart. Hair in the tub. Floor molding missing. lighting in the room was dark. No full length mirror. Only mirror was in the tiny bathroom. Chips of wood missing at bottom of bathroom door. Cheap hollow bathroom door. No fan in bathroom. The walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors clearly. Drinking water cups were plastic and not new. They had been used.
It was near the water. Check in was horrible and took forever. It was overcrowded and not enough people at desk to accommodate everyone. The room was very old and dirty, as well as the bathroom. The Annex side of the hotel is an old hotel that does not fit with the Chelsea. I have stated at the Chelsea several times bit never the Annex. The should be 2 separate hotels. ..
I was holding my breath as I had read so many reviews of it being dilapidated and smelly. I moved from the Days Inn next door which was exactly that. My room at the Annex ended up being perfect, just like the pics online. It was super clean and comfortable. Great that they shared the 2 pools with the Chelsea. I loved it. Well my door didn't exactly fit on the hinges. You had to slam it hard for it to lock and even the it wasn't fully on. Guess you can't have it all. ..Also whats up with the fitness center being $15?
The hotel room was clean, and neat. For the price you can't beat it. The diner on the first floor was really great for breakfast the next day. The hallway smelled awful when we first arrived which gave us a bad impression but the rest of the stay was fine!
TV selection Proximity to the casinos Complimentary bath item (forgot a toothbrush)
I really enjoyed my stay here it was beautiful and the bed is so comfortable and they have a nice bathroom with a blown dyer
The room was clean, beds were comfortable. Location was great, right next to the Tropicana and a Jitney stop. Since it was January we didn't go on the boardwalk but it is a block away so it would be convenient in the summer. I also felt safe because there were multiple cameras in each outdoor hallway. Didn't get up early enough for breakfast so I can't comment on that. No bed bugs or other critters like I've seen in other reviews. The guest policy. If you wanted to have a friend in your room for any part of your stay, even just to hang out for a small period of time, you had to pay for them. Parking lot was small. I did not park here (parked at the Tropicana), but it looked like you would get parked in in certain spots.
- Location is great across the street from Tropicana near the boardwalk - Clean room and decent shower - Non-smoking room - The WiFi was not working and after calling and complaining at first they said there was no problem with it and then they said they were working on fixing the issue. After they said it was fixed we couldn't connect to the internet half the time with a dial-up speed, - The room service staff didn't fix our bed and they didn't leave enough towel, and when we called the reception they said we need to go to the front desk to pick up more towels. - When we arrived cars were blocking the inside row of the parking spots and the reception worker had insisted on charging us $30 for the 3 nights in advance, the next day there were available spots and cars had parked in the inside row. Big rip-of .
Good for the money & good size rooms. Cleaning staff was lazy & the breakfast was pretty cheap.
The room was clean and roomy and the staff was very helpful. I had a wonderful time. Excellent price and location. Nothing
The room itself was a good size, clean and very comfortable beds. SO MUCH HONKING! Literally, nonstop honking from cars at the corner the hotel sits on. ALL NIGHT LONG. It's like honking will actually make cars move? I know that this is something that the hotel itself can't change but seriously I will never recommend anyone to stay here. Also, this is definitely a hotel that people come back to after partying. You can't hear ppl in other rooms, but holy crap can you hear them perfectly when they are outside.
The room was updated and cleanliness was good Although I didn't have a problem parking, parking is scarce and I could see it being a problem if you check in to late
The hotel is older looking outside but the room inside are newly rennovated. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The price for the room was resonable and plan on staying there again in the future.
The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Only stay here if you want bed bugs and really stained bed sheets. There are roaches all over the place. I am a Wyndham premium member who has stated Wyndham properties all of my life. This place really devalues the Wyndham Brad. Wyndham needs to remove this hotel from their properties.
Stayed here Memorial Day Weekend so we couldn't beat the price - the only real complaint I have is parking is not free - $10/per day (cheap ---but they could have let this be known before hand) and you have to pay CASH. For someone who rarely keeps any on them this annoyed me - I would have rather it been charged to my room. No other complaints - staff friendly - free breakfast - though i wished it ran a little later on the weekends. Steps from the boadwalk and tropicana. CLEAN! Would certainly come again
Great price. Directly across the street from Tropicana and 1/3 of the price If you are looking for a quiet hotel to go to bed early and not hear anyone outside your room then this probably isn't your place. But if you are looking to go experience AC nightlife and go back to your room late and not pay a lot of money then this is your spot
Had an awesome stay. Great service. Awesome view from the balcony. Great price. They definitely need a gym in the gym.
We loved that the Days Inn was righ on the water/boardwalk and only a few steps across the street from the Tropicana and many other shops and casinos. We paid a great price for a Saturday night. The staff was very curteous and friendly. They allowed our car to remain in their parking garage free of charge after we checked out. I would recommend this hotel to others and plan to stay here again. The hotel itsself was clean, perhaps a bit "worn and weathered", but clean. the bedsheets where stiff and a bit uncomfortable. When leaving, the housekeeping crew had a pile of sheets in the hallway, on the floor, instead of in a laundry cart. It was an odd eyesore, but nothing to raise a complaint about.
Price. Location, flat screens, easy in, easy out Thin walls, dated interior
Cleanliness, close to boardwalk, Tropicana Loud all hours from receiving dock at Tropicana.
Location was great The fact that people next to us were screaming in the very early morning hours and we thought they were going to break thru the locked adjoining door. We called downstairs and it stopped for a few minutes only to resume again.
The convenient parking space and the location. The room had no cell reception, the toilet didn't work, there was no ventilation and wifi was useless.
Great location. So much potential. My room smelled like mold. Carpet felt wet from humidity or mold or something. I really hoped for better here but it simply wasn't a clean comfortable feeling.
Everything was good excelent people Don't like just the smoke on the casino everything else very nice
Location it wasn't the cleanest
Couldn't tell you. I was not able to experience the hotel at all due to inclement weather. I was not able to leave my home to travel to Atlantic City because it snowed 6 inches. I called the hotel early that morning to advise it was snowing where I live, and due to weather I wanted to at least reschedule this day to the following weekend. It was my fiancé birthday. We had reservations at Carmine's (which I also had to cancel). I was disappointed that no accommodation was made or even suggested. It was supposed to be a great time, but due to unforseen situation it wasn't. I just wanted to move the date to the following weekend, but the hotel was adamant that was not an option. There goes our celebration because I don't have any additional money to reserve for another room. And I am really disappointed that we could not enjoy or even experience a stay at your hotel.
I enjoyed that the price for the hotel was within the budget range that I was looking at. The location served its purpose for a place to sleep. The location was much further away then I had anticipated but it was still manageable
Hotel was waterfront, with our room having a side view balcony, which you could still see the beach very well from. The Boardwalk was very close to the hotel. The room was small to average in size, but surprisingly clean. Bathroom was nothing to write home about, but was clean and had nice amenities. The room had a fridge, which was very nice. Overall, an alright stay. We paid about 225 for a Saturday night, which beat other hotels in the area by $100-$300. The hotel is relatively dated looking, with old fixtures, and an even older elevator and decor. The hallway of the floor we stayed on (5) smelled like cigarettes and weed, not very strongly but noticeably. The general clientele seemed...it wouldn't necessarily be great for families. But then again, neither is AC. If you've got kids take them somewhere nicer lol.
Nice, relaxing room close to everything... Good breakfast every day.
Hotel smelled in the lobby and the hallway but was located just a few steps away from the boardwalk. All I needed was a place to sleep and this hotel serviced my needs. If I was going for comfort, cleanliness and luxury I would have hated my stay here but for what I needed it was ok.
Freindly staff, clean, Lamb breakfast bar but it was OFF season in Atlancic city
Location is convenient. Breakfast area in lobby is crammed and refridgerator in room froze beverages. Hallways smell very bad - mold, cigarettes, etc.
i love the balcony and the closeness to the boardwalk our phone in our room did not work, this alone would not cause me issue, what caused me issues was the 6 person brawl that occurred at 4am, and when i tried to contact the front desk to notify them the other patrons were screaming for help and the police to be called but the phone did not dial the front desk or 911, i luckily had the hotels business card in my wallet from my check in, but when i called the front desk, no one was sent to deal with the other people, nor did the police ever arrive, as i asked the front desk to contact them for the woman crying and begging for police, in the end about 10 minutes later the noise stopped but we were unable to return to sleep
Extremely close to the beach and Boardwalk and free parking. Staff was pleasant and made sure all free breakfast items were stocked and refilled when empty. Our room was clean, cool and comfortable for the small amount of time my husband and I were actually in the room. Our phone and coffee pot in the room didn't work. However, we didn't complain, so for all we know they would have made it right while we were there. The breakfast was free, so it seems a little trite to complain about variety, but in the interest of informing others who may stay here just know that it was a choice of raisin bran, frosted flakes, oatmeal, or toasted bread.
The hotel looks old and beat up, and it is, but our room was clean and the hotel fulfilled its purpose of being a place to sleep. No bugs, no cigarette burns, no dust bunnies. Sheets and towels were clean. A good deal for the price, especially since it is steps away from the boardwalk. Beat up furniture, not enough electrical outlets, facilities were run-down, staff less than courteous, parking less than ideal.
It's good for one night stand. Very old, strange people walking around parking lot.
Staff were helpful for the most part. They did what they could to help out and address customer concerns. The quality of rooms was fine for the price paid and the location was quite good, close to the boardwalk. The Internet connection wasn't very good. The breakfast was quite mediocre also. Overall, the building looks worn out and needs renovation. Otherwise, not bad!
I liked the proximity to the boardwalk. The breakfast was terrible. The coffee pot was empty yet it was still breakfast time. For a 2 star hotel I thought you were over priced. The hotel is very old. Needs to be updated.
Nothing to like Room was in need of repair and good cleaning. We were also woken up about 10:30 pm the day we checked in to the sound of mice eating our food. We informed the front desk of the issue and that we wanted to leave! The manger would not even refund our money in full! Do not recommend a stay here!!!
i guess you get what you pay for , one of the staff members was rude on his phone the whole time was trying to ask him questions he'd just look at you and go back on his phone . No microwaves in the rooms had to use the Not so clean one in the lobby . Cont breakfast was stale. THE BIG BED and location was the best part. The shower was dirty there was hair left in it and molded ceiling .
For the price it was fine!! The room smells like cigarette and was a non smoking room.
Location Dirty, the bathroom had hairballs in it, room was dingy and dark, no blankets just a bed spread that was probably never washed, loud basically crack motel.
For $80 it wasnt bad They used wayyy too much bleach to clean the room had to air it out. Dont be fooled by "balcony" room or "continental breakfast". Stayed on 3rd floor and pretty sure we were the only occupants on that floor. Wifi sucks. But for $80 for the night it wasnt bad
The room wasn't maintained well. Holes in the wall, burn marks in the bathroom and on the quilt. The TV was way outdated. Communication between staff is poor. The "orange juice" wasn't juice. Too far from major attractions. $10 charge for parking on their property.
It's walking distance to the casino. There was no parking. Desk guy moved his car and demanded 10 dollars cash! Holes in the wall, shower was beyond gross, dirt everywhere, big cracks around door so the wind just blows in, the bathroom had peeling fixtures, and even the steps and outdoor walkway were sticky with something gross. I only paid 80 bucks but I might as well slept under the boardwalk.
Nothing Everything dislike
There was people nocking at our door at night and morning Our next door neighbors were rob They stolid there car and stuff of the room and there were no damage to the door
Hotel is close to the AC boardwalk and casinos. The room was clean and comfortable. The parking- not enough. We paid the hotel accross the street to park the car so that it was only about 1/2 block to carry our bags.
Close to the casino. It was clean, just what i expected nothing fancy but decent. Says free parking. No parking available at the hotel had to park somewhere else.
. Only because it was cheap A lot of characters hanging around not a good look at all .. My first time there so I don't if it's like that all the time .. And they charge for parking .. Which I think the was front deck guy come up money .. Pulling that stunt all night and if you move your car you may have to park a block away if your parking space gets taken .. Smh
It was affordable. didnt feel very safe had a late check in and front desk guy was sleeping with a bat next to him.The bed sheets had like black dots on them scared it was bedbugs but didnt wake up with bites and the shower the water dripped all night leaving a rusty drain and rusty wall under faucet. Didnt like how when we got to our floor the bed were right next to window knowing the guy was sleeping.
THEIR WAS BED BUGS, have video proof. Place needs to be shut down. Disgusting
It was right next door to the casino
Loved that the hotel is a block from the beach and across from Tropicana Very basic. Definitely worth it if the purpose of the stay is to explore the surroundings. It will not give you a hotel experience
It's next to the Tropicana This place is just a dirty motel. Carpets weren't vacuumed. Dust on all the services. Bathroom floor was filthy. There was dirt, grime, and trash pushed in the corner between the sink and toilet. I questioned if we should even sleep in the bed. Woke up and realized there was lipstick on the pillow. Not mine, don't wear it. They canceled the reservation of one of the couples that was with us. Then told them the only rooms they had available were single bed rooms, which I'm convinced they did this just to get more money out of them because we would have taken a double bed room and has them stay with us. Another couple in our group didn't make reservations. When they got there after us the only room they had was two beds. That's a funny coincidence. We have stayed here years in a row, but I think this will be the last. The lack of cleanliness and and pride in the hotel is not worth the cheap nightly rate.
Proximity to casino Everything
Front desk staff very friendly and help full. Small complex. The location of El Dorado is great is very close to boardwalk but I wouldn't recommended to a friend. I didn't like carpet it seem super dirty. The whole complex in and out needs a remodel soon. We over paid that's for sure.
That it was cheap It wasn't to clean dirty towels
