Pros (+) The hotel was very beautiful visually and the staff was top notch!
Cons (-) Very poor quality internet service even when i paid for the premium internet. Also services within the hotel were very much overpriced.

Pros (+) Staff, location, comfort
Cons (-) WiFi was terrible and unusable. The IT staff is not knowledgeable about networking or doesnt care. I am not talking just about internet access i am also talking about local access. (LAN)
