Yorkshire Air Museum & Allied Air Forces Memorial
The friendliness of the staff was perfect and there was an excellent breakfast i would have liked a bigger shower because yhe one we had was a corner one and was not very big but it was ok for a couple of days
The room was very comfortable and the furniture was very nice. It states that this is a hotel but I would see it more as a B & B. I have stayed in many hotels through my line of work and this was not a hotel in my eyes. 15 min walk into the centre of York, we were located on the very top floor which was a hike up many stairs but the room was very nice.
Very spacious room, wonderfully warm owner. A bit tricky to check in if arriving at irregular hours.
friendly staff and good food A bit tricky to check in if arriving at irregular hours.
it was just like being at home, very comfy, easy access to city centre and the staff and owners were very helpful
Excellent location, very clean, lovely dining room & excellent breakfast Maybe a little re-decoration here & there. A nice tv where you can see it not up on the wall nearly as high as the ceiling. These are only little things & it wouldn't stop me staying there.
Quality rooms, easy to get to, friendly owners. It was also close to the river walk which I used to get into the old city. Not being able to check in between 2 and 6 pm but they did let me use their parking.
Good breakfast. Room small and too hot, On a noisy road.
Guest house was very easy to find, rooms were en suite and very clean and well maintained, breakfast was great.
We received warm and personal care and attention right from our arrival and throughout our stay. Every effort was made to ensure that we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
everything especially the breakfast n/a
The hotel was just a short walk from the city centre - took us about 15 mins. Free on site car parking. Breakfast was good. Room wasn't overly big and it was situated in the middle of the hotel so there was no natural daylight. Our window looked out into the corridor of the hotel so we had to keep the curtains closed or else everyone passing could see in!
