Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel’s friendly, helpful, and professional staff, as well as its excellent location near shopping streets, metro stations, and city attractions. Many reviews highlighted the stylish, charming atmosphere and thoughtful decor. The breakfast was frequently described as delicious and varied. Some guests appreciated the unique amenities and welcoming touches like complimentary wine or cake. However, a few reviews mentioned small or dark rooms, maintenance issues, and occasional booking or check-in problems. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, especially regarding service and ambiance.AI-generated from customer reviews
