Pros:Beds are super cozy, most rooms have great view, outstanding breakfast (not complimentary), nice pool area
Cons:Wasn't fond of the scabs found in the sofa bed, the mutant cockroaches and silverfish, stinginess with coffee and soap, price of breakfast, the lazy/shady concierge who lied about room options when we requested the room we actually booked, the party going on upstairs despite our noise complaints, or the broken shower. It's also located next to a greyhound bus station and homeless shelter, so it's a freeforall in the parking lot.

Cons:A/C in our room was broke, super hot. The outlets over the TV didn't work and those where the only ones in the room. Dirty vents in the bathroom that you could see the lent. The place needs a deep spring cleaning. Might say Sheraton but it's a holiday inn. Staff did refund us the money for our stay so that was great customer service, then I got $88 charge that I have to call about and see what that is for. We didn't even stay the second night, just wanted to leave.

Pros:The staff was very nice, the room was clean, and the king size bed was comfortable. I would have liked a view of Tennessee street, but the parking lot view wasn't horrible.

Pros:My first experience at the Four Points was adequate at best. The atmosphere that surrounded the hotel was the only feature I can actually say I was impressed with. The round column like building is a rarity and the lighting certainly set the mood.
Cons:However, once inside it is a standard run of the mill hotel with little to nothing offered that leaves a lasting impression. My room was mixed up with a handicap room taking the interior decor down a notch. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the T.V. Did not work.
