Pros (+) We love this quaint hotel right in the heart of town. It's only a few blocks from the theatres and all the Shakespeare sites. It's charming and warm. Plenty of cozy areas to sit on the ground floor. Our room was very comfortable.
Cons (-) The only downside was that the shower didn't work very well.
