Cons: Slight musty smell in the upstairs hallway and room
Pros: It's a neat hotel! Very quaint and inviting. It had a nice pool and outside bar area. I could have stayed out there all night. :)
Cons: I wasn't a fan of their not being room service. It's not a deal breaker by any means but I would have preferred not to have to go down stairs and place an order, wait for it and then bring it upstairs. Otherwise, no other complaints.
Pros: I loved this hotel. It has the vibe of a bed and breakfast. The building is historic but has been beautifully decorated and remodeled. The staff was very nice and helpful. We took their shuttle to our venue and when we ready to be picked up they were there in minutes to give us a ride back. The room and bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small, but goes in line with the historic feel of the place. I would definitely stay hear again.
Pros: The hotel is centrally located and close to many restaurants, parks, and museums.
Pros: rooms were fine, though bathtub was not totally clean!
Cons: no phone in room, not a big deal if your have a cell phone i guess. bar area was crazy noisy at night and at breakfast.
Pros: In addition to a nice room, it had a really good restaurant, and the staff were very accommodating!
Pros: Great little hotel! Staff was all extremely polite and courteous
Pros: Cool, funky decor; large outdoor patio, special events, complimentary massage
Cons: We should have had a phone in our room to have food delivered to our room, should have had a free continental breakfast option versus the pay for all you can eat on weekends, and room toilet had some issues often.
Pros: A diverse mix of guests, made this feel like a destination. I will being staying here often.
Cons: Beds could use an upgrade, but it isn't a deal breaker.
Pros: Great location, lovely taproom downstairs with good food, great staff.
Cons: Very, very spotty internet. Don't know if that was an issue just for our stay or a consistent problem. We weren't working so it wasn't much of an issue for us, but for a business traveler it could be an issue.
Pros: Loved staff and decor. Attached restaurant and coffee shop had excellent food and drinks for reasonable prices. Staff there also very nice. Live music, too.
Cons: Shower was a little weak/hard to get to right temp. But it was cute/antique looking.
Located in Downtown St. Petersburg, this spa hotel is within a 15-minute walk of The Coliseum and Museum of Fine Arts. Salvador Dali Museum and Sunken Gardens are also within 1 mi (2 km).
Pros: Kind and friendly staff. The place felt like home. Cute breakfast was perfect. Comfortable bed and unique furniture. Can't wait to be back
At The Inn on Third, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Salvador Dali Museum and Museum of Fine Arts. Free perks include WiFi, self parking, and continental breakfast daily between 7 AM and 10 AM. Also, Sunken Gardens and The Pier are within a short drive.
Pros: Staff was very welcoming and this had the feeling of a luxury business hotel. We needed a King with a pull out couch, and after a problem with the first room we were upgraded to a Jr. Suite with a separate bedroom. This made the stay very comfortable--I wish we had stayed here more nights. This hotel is tucked in a business park area with not many cars passing by.
Cons: There isn't much around this hotel, which might be why it felt so quiet.
Pros: When there was no Sweet N Low in the room for coffee and they ran out downstairs; we let the front desk know and due to housekeeping would have been 20 minutes; the girl from the front desk brought it to our room herself within 5 minutes. Requested pool towel replacement for an evening of swimming and it was fairly busy; housekeeping was out there within 5 minutes stocking up. Really good accommodations. This Hilton goes out of their way to make your stay pleasant!
P.S. - Publix and a few restaurants were right in the park, which was an added bonus!

Pros: Great place to stay! Very conveniently located right off highway so it's easily accessible. Close to Central Avenue and the Waterfront Atta (used to be the pier). Clean and comfortable. Wish it was less expensive.
Pros: This is hands down the best hotel, for the money. It is absolutely awesome for anything near this price. Trying to think of anything negative and there isn't any. Just go ahead and book it. This is a sure bet.
Pros: We loved the free taco bar.
Pros: The room was quite spacious and amazing: we had a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, a small, glass-top stove, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The TV was set up to swivel around to the living room-type area or to be viewed from the king size bed (which was unfathomably comfortable). The water in the shower stayed a constant temperature the entire time, which is always nice.
We're pretty sure we had a wheelchair-accessible room, so that may account for some of the roominess (as well as the hand rails in the bathroom).
Breakfast the first day was ham and cheese omelets, sausage patties, and home fries one day, and scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage the next, which is in addition to the usual assortment of breads, bagels, muffins, waffle makers, coffees, teas, yogurts, juices, milk, cereals, etc.
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, they do "socials" where they serve complimentary meals, wine, and beer. We only ate there one of the two nights, which was Italian or Polish sausages on buns and hamburgers and a modest salad bar.
The pool looked amazing, but we stayed in February during one of the coldest weeks this winter so far, so we didn't use it.
The location would have been great if we had been in town for a Tampa Bay Rays game; Tropicana Field is easily within walking distance.
Cons: Our phone rang at 1:30 AM or so the first night, and no one at reception seemed to know why the next morning. Also, the hotel is U-shaped, and our room was on the far side of the U from reception (minor inconvenience, though).
Other than those two minor things, there really isn't much to complain about. I may book a block of rooms here for guests for my wedding.
Pros: Comfy bed, spacious room, abundant breakfast with takeout bag, friendly helpful staff, nice extras--coffee, drinks, and snacks in the lobby throughout the day; printed out google maps.
Cons: Being able to hear the people in the adjoining room through the connecting doors was the only complaint.
The hotel is located five blocks from Tropicana Field home to the Tampa Bay Rays and we are the only area hotel offering free shuttle to and from the Trop. Situated near the downtown waterfront district where you will find the world renowned Dali Museum Mahaffey Theater Chihuly Collection and The Morean Arts Center. Pros: the restaurant the bedding the pool with pool side service location in the city and wonderful spa..end as an extra treat the fish bowl of bit of honey candies at the front desk

Pros: Small operation that goes above & beyond to make the stay memorable. The staff is awesome - they work hard to maintain their reputation. Great food & wine list. It's our favorite local hideaway for a staycation - the room service might as well be a dining experience in & of itself. The rooms are romantic - relatively regal for the price - you simply don't care to leave them.
Cons: It's no the fault of the facility - truly. You have to resign yourself to the fact that you are in a popular area - and there is a rooftop bar (The Canopy) at the hotel. The operations surrounding the place can get loud early - but nothing some music or TV can't drown out. If you're having the fun you should be - it won't be an issue.
Pros: Loved everything!
The Birchwood features a nightclub and puts you just steps from Museum of Fine Arts. Guests looking for a bite to eat can check out Birch and Vine, one of 2 restaurants, which serves American cuisine and is open for lunch and dinner. 2 bars/lounges and a terrace are other highlights, and rooms offer up nice touches like iPod docks and pillowtop beds with premium linens.
Pros: Perfect location the staff was outstanding from the valet to the front desk. The lobby hugged me from the time I walked in til the time I left. I would stay again.
Pros: The bed was comfortable. One of the best blankets I've encountered.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Pros: Staff was very friendly. Great location. I will definitely stay here again.
Pros: Such great value. Spacious room, beautiful breakfast and friendly staff
Pros: The location is close to restaurants, bars, museum, and colleges. Unfortunately that attracts groups of people that are there to party and stay up all night.
Cons: After we discovered that our neighbors brought their own stereo with sub-woofer and invited all their friends to hang out in their room, we tried to move rooms. We were not moved and had to call the front desk more than 20 times over the next couple of hours to try and resolve this issue. No luck. The front desk was completely incapable of resolving this issue. I guess 20 year old college students that work at the hotel aren't capable of controlling the behavior of their guests. if you're lucky enough to have quiet neighbors, the hotel is alright. If not, then be prepared for a long night.
Pros: Clean super white bedding, free breakfast and walking distance to everything!
Cons: The $14 valet parking fee!
Pros: My daughter and I recently stayed while she was on break from College. We had an excellent experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our accommodations. The valet service was excellent . Loved the bedding. We will return!
Cons: The bathroom could use a fan. The bathroom sink drained slowly.

Pros: Overall the stay was nice and we had very little to worry about. To be honest we weren't at the hotel much, but the room and gym were both very clean.
Cons: Just about everytime we went to the front desk there was no one to be found to help us. We would hear them in the back laughing even after ringing the bell. Once someone would come up to help us, I felt like we were inconveniencing them and didn't feel comfortable asking what I'd wanted or they'd look at my like I had two heads.

Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent service.
Cons: Hotel is far from beaches and downtown St. Peter but accessible by car/uber
Pros: Location was clean and had plenty of amenities including a gym, pool and restaurant. Also we're very quick to bring extra toiletries.
Cons: My deluxe room was changed for a regular room with no explanation and I was charged the same price. I didn't care to make a fuzz but extremely unprofessional from the location. Staff was pushy with the wifi and even though advertised as part of the package they tried to charge 12$ a night for wifi. There was also some sort of issue with the police on the night of one of my stays.
Pros: While our stay was great, they didn't know who I was or see my reservation. They saw my email reservation confirmation, but did not see me in their computers at all. They had one last room for us in that specific type of room. We were lucky to get our room.
Pros: Helpful staff, good menu at restaurant
Cons: Very noisy from the road, the elevator and the AC in room. not a restful night. Pool also small with little seating and windows from the restaurant - no privacy.
Pros: Close to the airport.
Cons: They were quite full when we checked in- so we were told there were only rooms with king beds left- also there were no roll aways. We wee traveling with our children ages 6,5, and 18 months. They brought us extra sheets and pillows to make a bed on the small love seat (not a pull out) but there were no extra blankets. My kids had no where to sleep. Breakfast was mediocre and staff seemed frazzled and confused.

THE REASON I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL IS LOCATION,LOCATION, LOCATION. HAD TO LEAVE EARLY DID NOT GET TO EAT BREAKFAST.
Pros: THE LOCATION; TOO WALK ,TO SHOP AND EAT, NICE PARK NEAR BY. A BEAUTIFUL AREA TO EXPLORE.
Cons: STAIRS A BIT STEEP FOR A LARGE SUITCASE. NEEDED SOME TLC ON CLEANING IN ROOM,[THE BASEBOARDS AND DOOR FRAME AND DOORS NEEDED A GOOD SCRUBBING}!! BED SPREAD HAD STAINS, NEEDED WASHED.
We loved our room. It was very clean. The bed was vey comfortable. Almost like sleeping at home. The staf was very friendly. The food was very good. The location was fantastic. Not too far from beach. Walking distance to restuarants, shops and the pier. Close to the new Dali museum. There is a bus system if you don't want to walk.
Pros: We loved our room. It was very clean. The staf was very friendly. The location was fantastic. Not too far from beach.
Cons: The only thing that wasn't to full expectation was the small bathroom. But it was manageable.
Located in beautiful downtown st Petersburg-Our inn faces downtown St. Petes beautiful waterfront and North Straub park-on the edge of historic northeast. Theres shopping- restaurants-attractions. We are within a block of The Chihuly Collection Museum of Fine Arts, Vinoy Park and entrance to the Pier. Tropicana Field is less than a mile away. We offer a Full Breakfast every morning complementary bicycles are also available for guests and a choice of fine wines can be enjoyed at the Inn
Cons: Our room was not cleaned at all during our 4-night stay, nor were our towels changed or soap, toilet paper, etc. replenished.
Situated by the ocean, Beach House Hotel is a great choice for a stay in Treasure Island. Free perks include WiFi and self parking. Bonuses like sofa beds, refrigerators, and microwaves are in all rooms.
Pros: This hotel was great overall. Nothing super special, but a clean, comfortable, central "home-base" for a vacation stay.
Cons: The elevators were really sketchy. One was really old and creaky. My boyfriend got stuck in the other one for 20 minutes with sporadic electricity and physical jolting. When he finally made it off, he went to the front desk. They only gave him a neutral statement a la "glad you made it off." No apology, no indication that it would get fixed. He said they didn't even seem surprised by the incident.
Pros: ALTHOUGH THE HOTEL WAS PRETTY GOOD THERE WAS SOME QUESTIONABLE AREAS IN CLOSE PROXIMITY OF THE HOLTEL THAT I DID NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE WALKING BY THERE IS SOME GREAT RESTURANTS IN THE AREA BETTER IF YOU DRIVE TO THEM ALSO MY BIGGEST PROBLEM I HAD WITH THIS LOCATION WAS THE FACT THAT THE MANDATORY VALET PARKING ACTUALLY COST YOU EACH NIGHT YOU STAYED THERE THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT MADE NO EFFORT TO MAKE SURE YOU WERE AWARE OF THIS UNTIL YOU GOT YOUR FINAL CHECK OUT BILL WHEN I QUESTIONED THIS I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NOTICES IN YOUR ROOM AND IN THE LOBBY WHICH WHEN I RECHECKED I FOUND NO NOTICES ANYWHERE SO BE PREPARED FOR A SURPRISE ON YOUR BILL

Pros: It was well done restored historic hotel. The accommodations were very comfortable.
Cons: The breakfast was misleading. Apparently the 'chef' wasn't there when we stayed although some of the advertised items disn't need
Crystal Bay Hotel Spiritual & Wellness Retreat puts you within a 15-minute drive of Tropicana Field and offers an airport shuttle (available 24 hours) for USD 25.00 per person. Guests can take a dip in the outdoor pool and indulge in spa services.
Pros: the front desk was amazing and checked in on us throughout our stay. Can't beat the location
Pros: The location is good.
Cons: It is valley parking ONLY (without noticing ahead of time, we did not have the valley key with us), and they charge extra $15 without any notice. Lots of little flies in the bathroom, and the bathroom stinks like moldy.
Pros: Very friendly...great location to restaurants and shops
Pros: The Staff was amazing - so friendly and helpful. Thank you all so much! The front desk manager when I checked in was the BEST! And the Valet was the friendliest. Location can't be beat for this fun city.
Pros: Great location, Beautifully designed and renovated, high quality rooms and bed. Very professional and courteous staff.
Cons: They did not tell me clearly about the $15 per night parking fee. No complementary breakfast.
Pros: The staff was very friendly. The decor went with the building. Very clean and nice room.
Pros: the room was spacious and clean. The AC worked really well and staff was very pleasant and accommodating!! I've been to the location in Miami and they are also great !
Cons: Valet parking is an extra 14 bucks and you have to tip... but the lady at the front desk waived the fee since we needed a double bed and there weren't any available. She also gave us free breakfast vouchers and upgraded us to a suite!
Pros: Location & cleanness
Cons: Wanted a larger pool
Pros: The staff got us checked in early. Hotel employee was super fun to talk to and friendly.
Cons: Our room overlooked the roof at our level. The pool area was very bland. Hall house from other patrons was super loud.
Pros: Very comfortable and laid back. I absolutely enjoyed our stay.
Pros: This hotel was vibrant with lots of character. The staff was amazing and the food was delicious.
Cons: Parking is $14 a day.
Pros: Close proximity to work and places to eat.
Cons: My TV had lines going through the screen. Shower floors were shockingly dirty considering the price for an older upscale hotel. I booked a king size room online and was forced to take a double. I think I was intentionally given the worst room they had.

Pros: The lobby.
when you first walk it is breathtaking and you feel like yeah I'm fine dining and dropping 140 on a night just to relax ...until you get on the elevator and by that evening the regret sets spending that much money on underwhelming temporary digs
Cons: 140 bucks I would have expected something a little more upscale. Mold smell, thin walls, Bad lighting . I saw a black fly looking very similar to a full grown bed bug, but I can't confirm. it had the feel of a cheap hotel just with better sheets. I paid 35 more for smoking and when I got there they had no idea of my reservation and I got jolted out of 35 bucks . Thanks Kayak . The front desk was pleasant and professional.
Pros: This was our 2nd stay at this Hampton Inn. Amazing hot breakfast! Clean, comfortable room with plenty of counter space. Friendly staff. The pool and hot tub area has beautiful landscaping. I'd recommend staying at this hotel.

Cons: Can't have a rollaway bed in a room with two double beds.
Have to go to front desk for ice!!!
Cons: There was no hot water the evening we checked in
Had to wait until morning to shower
Pros: Shuttle service
Cons: This was not a great hotel for family visits. Also, we had to pay extra for everything - parking was $16 a night , and for the price of a room it would have been nice to have some form of complimentary breakfast. I guess the more you pay, the more you have to pay. They made a big point of letting us know that the ice was complimentary, which made me laugh because where in this country is it not?
Pros: The location
Cons: When it stormed I had to park in a bank parking lot around the corner which made it for a very undesirable walk. When I pulled into the bank parking lot the attendant refused to let me park stating he had no idea what I was talking about.
2nd issue. The first front desk woman that checked us in was amazing. So helpful and nice! You could tell she really enjoys her job. The front desk girl who checked us out was horrible. She checked us out on Sunday August 31st. I asked the lady a couple questions about the area and she couldn't answer anything and appeared to not wanted to be bothered. I understand you have a concierge but he wasn't available. Please educate your guests a little about the area. Like recommendation on a nice restaurant.
3rd issue. The room was huge but I stepped in something that was very slimy. It appeared to be maple syrup which was all over the floor.
I have stayed there before and had a better experience
