Pros: Modern, spacious and comfortable room, very good breakfast. Quiet location (except disco from another side of Daugava on Saturday night during summer if staying at river side room) with own car parking. Convenient for visiting Jūrmala and avoiding most city traffic jams on bridges.

Pros: A nice room with an urban - but pleasant - view. Clean premises. No trouble with parking. Helpful and friendly staff. All staff and other guests properly wearing masks. Electric kettle available.

Pros: This hotel is outstanding including the rooms, the bar, and the restaurant. The hotel staff is excellent. They go above and beyond what is expected. Extremely helpful. Have stayed here twice in past three weeks and will stay here whenever I am in Riga.

Pros: I could enjoy a wonderful bathtub that is not very common in 3-4 star hotels. Bathroom in general was very well equiped including bidet.

Pros: The shits were very clean, free secured parking in front of the rooms. Very friendly staff. Because of COVID-19 the canteen is not working, so no breakfast possible at the moment but there are lots of places to eat in the vicinity. At reception they have very friendly old Labrador, very smart and nice one :-).

Pros: Excellent jacuzzi, friendly staff. Everything was clean, there were even new toothbrushes for guests. Jacuzzi was already warm by the time we got there. Would come back again.

Pros: Very clean area, the staff member Alisa was very friendly and helped me to sort out my case with the supper. Thanks her very much! Also, there is a smoking area at the terrace next to the entrance - quite convenient comparing with other hotels.

Cons: Quite complicated to reach the hotel if you come on foot, not by car. Also impossible to reach the airport on foot, keeping the fact that the distance is less than one mile. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed (it was written due to covid-19).

Pros: The hotel is a bit dated, but the price made up for it and the room was very spacious.

Pros: Really quick taxi ride from the airport - just two or three minutes. Wonderfully personal welcome, and an amazingly peaceful night’s sleep, despite thr proximity to the airport. The staff were friendly, relaxed and flexible, and they went out of their way to make us comfortable after a stressful journey, arriving late in the evening. Thank you very much to Aija and her colleagues!

Pros: The location is very convenient to the airport. They were able to accommodate us with a larger group in a family suite. The airport shuttle is very reasonable and convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a clean and comfortable option for a stay near the airport.

Cons: It is not especially convenient to old town and there is nothing obviously within walking distance. There is no air conditioning, but with the windows open it is very comfortable.

Pros: Value for money was exceptional. Tasty breakfast included. Big room. Nice staff.

Pros: Things started out decently - the room was clean, the carpeted floors comfortable, good wifi/internet. Staff was helpful as well. Unfortunately, things started going downhill from there...

Cons: The initial missing items were not extraordinary - way too few electric outlets, no electric kettle. While the room itself was clean, windows were dirty enough for me to notice (which means - very dirty). That's still a tiny concern. In the bathroom cigarette stench started to appear in the evening - probably because of somebody smoking in another room. There were frequently smokers less than a metre from the main entrance. That's sad, but not terrible yet. Then the night of January 1st arrived. Apparently somebody had decided to use the hotel as a party place to avoid the COVID19 restrictions in place (prohibiting gatherings of more than one household). Soundproofing between the neighbouring bathroom and our bedroom was so bad we could hear what people did there. And did they - there were very frequent visits. That room seemed to be used as a toilet room. And partying happened in another room, where very loud music was played until 4 or 5 in the night, accompanied with shouting. This might have been hotel owners or staff, as there did not seem to be any action to limit this restrictions-ignoring party. During our stay, the front desk staff at least donned face masks when we went to talk to them, but other staff did not at any time (including housekeeping), and the same with other guests, who roamed the hotel maskless and chatted with maskless staff. What started as an acceptable stay deteriorated into an observation of a COVID19 restriction violations both by the hotel and guests.

Cons: Internet could be a bit faster. Breakfast could have a little bit wider variety of food (two type of sausage instead of one for sandwiches for example and some fish, IMHO).

Pros: The rating could be easily higher, but some basic things should be improved. The hotel has a great location and a small private parking area, which was very useful for us, we did stay for six nights and there was always some space to leave the car. Also, our room was big enough, bathroom renovated and the staff was friendly. In general it is a good place to stay for a night or two.

Cons: There were also some issues, the room has been cleaned, but just the bathroom and a part of the floor close to the door, the rest, around the beds, was gathering a lot of dust during our stay. Breakfast - this was sad, not even because it was little bit boring to get every day the same food, but for first 3 days the staff didn't even put the heater on and they did manege to serve cold scrambled eggs and sausages already at 8 AM. I guess little bit more attention to such "details" and they could keep the guests much more happy.

Pros: Coming in to Riga late at night and only have to walk 2 minutes to the hotel was great. Easy to find, just turn left when departing the arrival hall and you can not miss it. Watch out, they will try to hustle you with a taxi and you don't need that. Room was big, clean and decent and wi-fi good. Due to covid, no breakfast.

Pros: Five-minute drive from Riga (RIX) airport, taxi fare ~€6 each way. Reception is super accommodating to odd-hour arrivals/departures (also applies to breakfast). Clean and cozy room. Reception ensures there will be a taxi matching guest departure time. Great value. Recommended.
