Lobby was lovely
Rooms were a bit old fashioned / tired
Stayed in a Tower room, great view from the room. Hotel was lovely and warm, staff friendly. Daughter was gluten free and breakfast had its own gluten free section. Happy hour is OK if you like prosecco but only a few choices on there for cocktails. Alcohol is expensive. Hotel very clean and room was very clean and modern location is out of the main city but we didn't mind as had many excursions and all picked up from hotel. Would definitely recommend and go back there
choice of drinks for happy hour - especially the cocktails, bit more choice on menu in bar as had food festival on so only managed to eat in main restaurant a few times.
Very comfortable and clean.
The staff displayed great customer service and were accommodating to my want to be back in NY prior to my schedule departure due to President Trump’s travel ban.
I honestly can’t pinpoint anything that I did not like.
The breakfast at this place amazing. They had a great variety of food and everything was very clean. Would definetly recommend to anyone interested. Also, my room had a kitched area and a living room, which is awesome.
