Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location and overall cleanliness. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, and several reviews highlight comfortable and well-maintained rooms. However, there are repeated complaints about rude or unprofessional service, especially at breakfast and check-in, as well as issues with bed comfort. The lack of a swimming pool is a disappointment for some guests, and a few mention noise or accessibility problems. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, particularly for location and cleanliness.
