Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel’s central location, making it easy to access attractions, restaurants, and shops. Many reviews mention that rooms are spacious and, in several cases, very clean. However, cleanliness is inconsistent, with some guests reporting issues such as mold, mildew, and dirty bathrooms. Service receives mixed feedback, with some staff described as friendly and helpful, while others are seen as unresponsive or unhelpful. The hotel is generally considered to offer good value for money, though a few guests felt the price did not match the quality. Overall, the location and room size are standout positives, but improvements in cleanliness and service would enhance the experience.
