Pros: Great location, very friendly stuff, good price!
Great location for Orlando attractionsPros: Love how close it is to everything
Love that it was very affordable and clean
Staff were niceCons: Older building, could use some renovations
Only thing missing is WiFiPros: Hotel was great, very clean. Absolutely awesome location. Fantastic staff! Across the street from a huge water park. Literally a 20 min walk to universal Studios! Tons of stuff to do. Sucks that I had to use my phone as a hotspot to go online. But there is so much to do that you will barely spend any time in the room anyway.
Pros: I couldnt stay since the sheets were not even clean, it smelled bad like mold and damp. The bathroom was not properly clean had brown stains. It was a real disappointment.
Pros: it was ok
Excellent value for the moneyPros: Room was clean and comfortable, although a little worn. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was excellent, within walking distance to Universal and many restaurants and attractions. Easy access to I-4. The price was unbeatable, at $30 a night in April. The pool was in very good shape. This is the second year that I spent a week at the hotel and will come again. Cons: No WiFi in the rooms although there is in the lobby. No coffee in the rooms but that is not expected at the price of the room. Highway within hearing distance but does not cause a problem sleeping.
Don't book this hotel...Pros: LocationCons: Bad smell , roaches in the room , dirty carpet , no internet in the room , not coming back ever to this hotel...
Couldn't ask for more on a budgetPros: Affordable clean and quiet. Walking distance to every kind of restaurant you could desire and shopping. Walgreens across the street. Pool open in January. Staff friendly and helpful.hotel is older but clean . Would deffinately go back anytime we are in Orlando. No free coffee but had a really affordable coffee shop in the mornings great idea just easy stuff bagels and frozen breakfast items.Cons: No free coffee....
Feels like it was built and the 80's and not maintained or upgraded Pros: Staff was okay. Decent location if you're into tourist sites.Cons: No wifi in the rooms. Wifi only available in the lobby. Walk into the lobby at 8 PM and see all the foreign tourists using their smart phones to internet there because there's no wifi in the rooms.
They charged me $5/night to have a fridge in my room.
Random $2.50/night fee that wasn't included in the listed price.
Charged a deposit fee.
Ironing board next to the bathroom, but no iron. Even if there were an iron, I couldn't have used it because the outlets in the bathroom didn't work.
Room phone didn't work.
Cheapest single ply toilet paper in the bathroom. It was so thin that it was translucent.
2/10 would not stay again.
Need more cleanliness Pros: Its in a good location with easy acess.Cons: The carpet was wet and smells bad, the bathroom could be in better conditions. Also, they say the had to charge the resort fee extra, but when you make the reservation says its included in the final price.
Pros: The location is good, a lot to eat and do around the areA.Cons: The staff was not friendly at all. The phone in the room did not work, there was roaches, and had to pay for ice. No fridge or microwave in room either.
moldy rooms, TV with 10 channels, had to pay for iPros: it was not expensive Cons: moldy rooms, TV with 10 channels, had to pay for ice, no internet
