This place should be listed as a B&B. The breakfast is the best thing this place has to offer. The bed was comfortable too. And that's about all there is to this place. We were disappointed the moment we drove up on the place. The neighborhood is questionable and there is very limited on-site parking. We parked in the adjoining neighborhood. Pros (+) Breakfast was amazing. the staff was very nice and accommodating. the bathroom had a bidet and a Jacuzzi tub which I indulged in. They had a 'happy hour' where you could have snacks and a drink which was all complimentary.
Cons (-) The heater and the TV didn't seem to want to work together. It shorted the main room twice so I had to notify the front desk. The bed had a hair in it that wasn't mine. The location is right on the main road, but the noise didn't bother me too much.

Pros (+) Very clean and loved the Jacuzzi tub and heated floors, the beds were super comfortable and I loved the in wall fireplace. The bathroom was very nice and the staff was more than kind. The Complementary breakfast was amazing. It was even better than the breakfast we've paid for
Cons (-) Though I loved how close we were to Cannery Row and how easily accessible it was to everything, the cars driving by in the morning was a little loud. Also, the rooftop restaurant was a little loud at times when we were in our room because we were right underneath but not enough to make me not want to stay there again.

Pros (+) The hotel is an extraordinarily charming and unique boutique hotel. While the rooms are not large, they are well appointed. The rooftop bar/restaurant offers expansive views of the Monterey Bay and is a must see. The gracious proprietor, Naz, makes you feel at home (her home).

Cons (-) There was no clearly marked parking. The room was super noisy, especially as they entertained guests at the rooftop bar, and as they cleaned up the bar after the end of the night.
