Pros:We liked the hotel room, overall cleanliness and friendly staff; the hotel is located in a nice area of Mexico City with many shops, restaurants and bars to visit, however the historic places and landmarks are not within walking distance, not problem with the city's many options of public transport (we had a rented car, but I would not recommend driving in Mexico City!)
Cons:The breakfast could have more variety or better offerings. Though the staff was very helpful and friendly, there could be some improvement – we requested three times an extra bath towel and never got it.

Pros:the location for my business trip was just right, the staff was very helpful keep up the good job, thank you for everything
Cons:the eggs and beans one coffee maker for everyone and very weak

Pros:The staff was friendly and very helpful. Which is very nice to a tired traveler. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated and the free breakfast was delicious- something not expected. Thank you.
