Was one of the least expensive rooms in the area. Neighborhood is not great, a haven for the homeless. Room lacked a few basics that I would expect, no chair or any place to sit except the bed, no hangers for your clothes, and room smelled like stale smoke.

Pros (+) Overall, clean and friendly staff. Despite a sketchy first impression based on the area of town and the curb-side view, the rooms were good and internal parking/pool area was fine. At one point our AC unit was putting out an unpleasant smell, but the front desk staff gladly switched us to a clean room.
Cons (-) The grounds could use a little “face lift” but it was overall clean. The free breakfast left a bit to be desired, but as expected for the cost of the rooms.
