Pros:
Grand Hyatt has excellent service and a beautiful room. Definitely upgrade for Fountain View! So many restaurants to try - I love Jin Ying and Jade Dragon is unreal. I will be back to City of Dreams again.
Cons:
I didn’t realize the hotel had two towers and so I went to the wrong place but now I know. Just a great hotel.

Pros:
Emily at the front desk was so friendly and the room was beautiful, with a view of the fountain show! Definitely will choose Grand Hyatt in the future.
Cons:

Pros:
Free minibar, beautiful room, great service.
Cons:
Only complaint is lack of booze in the casino and too few bars.Accidentally booked my hotel on the China side and didnt have a visa so was hoping for some vegas style partying as i am not a gambler when i booked the room as an alternative. Other than that, the facilities were great! A bit of ultra luxury that helped me unwind in the middle of a long bacpacking trip.

Pros:
Room was beautiful and had a welcome gift. The resort pool is a day vacation by itself. Love hotel Okura.

Pros:
The hotel is modern and contains everything you need for a break without needing to leave the hotel complex. the Ferris wheel is awesome and is in a figure 8 well worth a ride.
Cons:
most of the restaurants where closed by 20:00 and most only accept cash (not cards) make sure you takes cash with you as this seems to be a theme for Macau
