Pros: I was impressed by the very attentive, courteous staff who pay attention to detail! During my first day, I left a copy of the New York Times on my desk. Without asking, the following days, a New York Times was delivered to my room. Every afternoon a plate of fresh fruit was delivered to the room and on the first day, it also came with a box of gourmet chocolates. In the evening, the turndown service came with slippers placed on each side of the bed. I've stayed in many fine hotels and this one ranks as one of the best.
Cons: The only thing I found a bit disappointing would be the fitness studio. The weight machines could use an upgrade.

Pros: Bedroom was nice, layout was great
Cons: Check in was slow, took them a while to find the reservation, staff was blunt and not welcoming. In room drinks facilities left a lot to be desired. We only got one tea bag and a coffee each. When we asked do further coffee we was told to ask house keeping rather than being offered for reception to contact them. We weee not offered any information on transport or a map considering we were tourists.

Pros: A couple of nice touches - safe, mini fridge, accessible power points, coffee (instant). The breakfast buffet is good, but fully priced - no bargain.
Cons: Feels as though every penny of cost has been squeezed out - as a result it seems functional but not at all a “treat” to be there. The rates are quite high to take advantage of business people going to EU organisations within walking distance. Note: a major building project has turned a 3-minute walk to ECJ or EIB into a 20- minute walk. There is some construction noise (both within the hotel and from neighbouring construction).

Pros: Well-stocked mini bar. Cold lemon water in the lobby. The hotel was brand new and very clean.
Cons: The bed was hard and the air conditioner was very weak and did not cool the room to my satisfaction. The restaurant food was mediocre and the breakfast bar was way overpriced at 27 Euros per person.

Pros: Check in and check out procedure one of the worst I had. People slow and gave a single economy room when I payed for double premium, after complaining about did not even apologized just checked me in a wheelchair adapted room.

Pros: My room was quite spacious, the breakfast was uneventful, but ok.
Cons: The rooms lack some love / thought. For example in the bathroom there is no light close to the mirror, so good luck shaving. The minuscule flatscreen tv is so far away, you'd rather watch it on your cellphone. And while I was there (6 days), Internet only worked half of the time. I was in the "annex" building, which is a bit weird since cross the street. Although a bit more recent than the rest, it felt a bit detached from the rest (no pun intended)

Pros: I had Flemish asparagus in your restaurant and it may be the best prepared asparagus I have ever eaten. The breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bus very convenient. Hotel excellent value - would stay there again and would highly recommend.

Pros: The room was big (much bigger than I even hoped) and the king sized bed was AWESOME! Room was also very quiet, which means the walls were sufficiently thick.
Cons: The room was sterile. The bathroom was large, but there was no method or madness to the space itself. The TVs were old and need to be updated (the one in the bedroom didn't work; thankfully the one in the living room did).
