Pros (+) Rooms were spacious. Great location: right on Railay West beach
Cons (-) Front desk staff was rude, unhelpful, dishonest, and always trying to charge extra for something. They told me if I booked 2 additional nights I would receive a free massage. As soon as I did, they told me they were "out" of the massage promotion. This was over a course of literally 3 minutes. How do you run out of massages? Pros (+) As far as the location this was a great deal. You definitely want to be on West Railay. East is cheaper, but it smells a bit like an open sewer. We were just a minute walk from the beach with access to two pools, a tasty buffet breakfast and easy access to the other parts of the peninsula. No complaints!
