Best location in Railay, the hotel is literally at the best beach (Railay West). The room was huge and the bed was big and comfortable. Great bathroom. Breakfast with a lot of options.

Pool was nice, view from beach / restaurant was great, staff lovely and very pleasant and helpful. Room was quiet and had fully working AC and tv.
the commute from the pier was horrible. We had to carry our suitcases on our backs as the bridge was too hot and lsippery to get over. I know Railey is a 'backpacker resort' but we were told having heavy suit cases would still be ok. I had to drag my 20kg case along sandy beach to get to the hotel, on the way back staff helped us with golf buggy but on the way was awful. Breakfast was average only, room was shabby, very old, tired, damaged furniture etc and looked in dire need of update. Shower room and shower head was disgusting, all rusty and looked full of grime, not nice after the journey we had to get there.

The property was in a great place, on the beach, just a few metres away from walking at. It’s affordable, clean with a great housekeeping service. Lots of monkeys roaming around in the trees which are really interesting, and they dont pester you.
It wasn’t clear that they don’t sell alcohol when we booked it. However they are more than happy for you to bring your own in.
